Cuffed once, it will cover your ears. Cuffed twice, your ears will be exposed and it also looks a little more fashionable. In cooler climates, it is a great addition to help keep you warm. It is not fancy at all. Just a simple, solid black cap. But that can be a good thing, because it allows you room to wear with different outfits.
