The company is very fair and genuine if my head or shaft breaks within 6 months of use. I can send it in and get it exchanged at zero cost. The head of the stick is perfect and never warps. I 've never had to deal with trying to unpinch the head. I 've also never had a problem with my stick being illegal. They string their heads very neatly and you can even customize how you would like it strung. The head is a great all around face off stick it works well with counters and trying to get the ball out quick. The company offers many different varieties of sticks for all ages.
