My wife and I walk daily. However living in Michigan, that gets difficult in winter with all the snow and ice. So we decided to buy a treadmill, so we could maintain our exercise during the cold months when we are indoors. The Horizon T101 met all of the expectations we were looking for in a treadmill. We are WALKERS, not runners, so the speed of the treadmill is just right for our range. Also the incline feature works well, and meets our needs. We use our own devices( tablet or smartphone), so we did not need a complex LED interface. The bluetooth speakers are not the greatest, but they connect fine. One of the options that my wife appreciates is the dial on the handles that can be used to adjust the speed and incline rather than pushing buttons. The deck is comfortable and just right for us. The motor is not loud and works well. We needed help getting it into the basement, but were able to set it up, and move it fine. We are very happy with this treadmill.

Notice that the seat is only flat, it can ’ t tilt when the back does. This matters if you ’ re going to have a heavy barbell doing incline bench, because you ’ d tend to slide down the bench under the weight. There ’s also a gap between the seat and back when the back isn ’ t upright. If that ’s uncomfortable, you can put a rolled up towel in it. Assemble it right and you ’ ll find it ’s a sturdy, lightweight bench.

I like this original Hex Bar much better than the bigger version because it takes up way less space with the 10 inch sleeves rather than 16 or more. The knurling is perfect and I love the 25mm grip plus the rigged sleeves so the plates do n't fall off easily when the bar is maxed out on weight. This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. very easy to use and swap out spacers with standard plates. Using 10# plate stacks makes some movements awkward but if it changes your `` normal '' motion, it probably is a benefit using your muscle at a different angle. You can load more weight then recommended but I 'm sure the stated 30# of plate is for a built in safety factor. It appears to be very sturdy.

I highly recommend this kettlebell to anyone needing several different weights for a home gym. They are sturdy, and the spacer plates are removable so you can adjust the weight from 15 pounds( just the top handle) to 45 pounds easily with 5 lb weights. Like the first review says, you need to buy the 5 lb weights to add to the existing 20 lb assembled kettlebell. Get standard plates( 1 '' hole), not Olympic plates with the 2 '' hole. This set will save you hundreds of dollars compared to having 7 or 8 separate kettlebells. I bought two for 2- handed exercises, so I will be doubling my savings.

After I unboxed these I found the quality was very high. The clips that come with this are very heavy duty and high quality. Being on the road a lot, I use the heck out of these for staying in shape in hotel rooms everywhere. I had been using the `` regular '' perfect push- up handles, until I forgot them on a recent trip and ventured into Dick's for a replacement pair and saw this `` premium '' pair. Featuring improved and grabby rubber grips and smooth ball bearing feel, these are a pleasure to use, even with a 45 lb plate on my back at my home gym, or, at least as pleasurable as push- ups can be.

The V2 units are a well made product. Problem is I have a messed up shoulder that tends to be aggravated by the additional height these units offer. They tend to force you to go deeper which makes my problem worse. Not the V2's fault though. Just my body falling apart.
