[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

I had an old pair of UA compression leggings that I have been looking to all the running companies to try to find something comparable in fit, feel, pocket... and have not been able to. The only issue with that old pair is that they would fall down until I started sweating, then they would stay in place. Also, they are very lightweight and I needed something warmer. Well what I thought could n't get better is so much better! They do n't fall down AT ALL, they have added warm panels where needed, and they have TWO pockets instead of the one so I can alternate what leg my phone is on. [ I love how lightweight these leggings are! Like all Nike pros, they are stretchy yet compressive and very flattering. I love the waistband and felt secure during my workouts. When wearing them during pilates and weightlifting, I did n't have to constantly adjust them, which is AWESOME in comparison to other leggings. I love the graphic Nike check detail on the hips/quads and meshing on the calves. The 7/8 length is perfect! I 've worn and washed them quite a few times and the material has kept its shape and integrity. If you 're debating on adding these to your Nike Pro legging collection, definitely go for it!!

[ These leggings are SO flattering and comfortable which can be a hard balance to strike. The knit of the fabric snatches you in all the right places and provide just the right amount of compression.
