I like it for street wear, but not for the gym. I made the mistake of wearing this to the gym today to do HIIT. The sweat made the shirt very heavy and wet and cold, it was not a comfortable experience. BUT, outside of the gym context, I think the material used is very solid and feels appropriate for the price of the garment. It's a cotton blend and the weight of the fabric is on the heavy side. This material is thin and soft without being clingy( which my size L midriff hates) while at the same time they were super protective from the sun. They kept us cool in the Phoenix heat and were a great layering piece for the cool Zion nights. They washed well and dried overnight, so we ’ re ready for the next day adventure. They were our go to favorite tops!

I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe
