The quality is amazing! Take it easy with these they are delicate in my opinion. Be sure to unzip the zippers at the bottom of the pants to smoothly get your feet through them. I would n't force my foot through the pants while the ankle zipper is zipped. Again, they are delicate. Once you have them on, you are good to go. Also, these pants could easily be snagged on something and possibly rip. For the price, you would want to take it easy. Moreover, I love the tailoring, material, zippers at the ankle, rubber around the waist, and zippers on the side pockets. I 'm buying my second pair today in gray. I love to travel in these.

FIT: I 'm 5' 6 and 130 lbs and usually wear a size 4; these leggings in size M fit me just perfect. FABRIC: I love the fabric – fairly thick and smooth, not lined, and have a good stretch. When working out at the gym, they move with you when exercising. VISIBILITY: I usually run late afternoon and it is getting dark early, especially in winter, it is extremely important for me to have reflective and visible workout gear. These tights have bright yellow at the leg bottoms and a number of reflectors that are easy to see in low light. I have a peace of mind when running after dark. COMFORT: These tights are very comfortable and provide the right amount of compression. My absolute favorite features are drop- in pockets on both sides and stay- put waistband. I 'm usually a S, or size 6, with a short inseam, but I hate when things are tight around by waist, so, I ordered the tights in a M. The S was actually a perfect fit, but the tights are so nice, that I decided to keep both and give the M to my daughter.
