I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. I am usually a Hoka fan but this time I decided to give Brooks a try. The first time I had Brooks, I did n't love them but I do n't think they fit correctly. These are perfect! I went up a size and they are so comfortable and supportive during my workouts. Would buy again for sure!

Love these! I ordered these shoes for a trip to Paris and they worked great. I walked 5- 10 miles and my feet were a little tired by the end of the day but this was due to a lack of walking in my day to day life. When I first unpacked the shoes, they felt a little flat but they ended up being fine. I ’ m usually a size 7. 5 to 8 and ordered an 8.

The only thing that I 'm disappointed in is that I did n't try these until right before the Vaporfly 4 replaces them. Absolutely loved these on my marathon training long runs and looking forward to wearing them in my first marathon. I also crushed my 5K PR in these shoes so I 'm loving how versatile and comfortable they are. Looking forward to trying out the Vaporfly 4 next! I followed the recommendation to size 1/2 size up and I 'm glad that I did. My feet are moderately wide so they fit perfectly!

I ran my first marathon in these. Great support and felt like they improved my running form. They are not the most durable and the heel of the outsole is very narrow, beyond that, no complaints.

Love the ZoomX super soft and when your starting to slow down it feels like the shoes forcing u to go faster they really good!
