Some reviews mentioned sizing down, and since my other Prana Halle shorts in size 8 fit me a little snug now, I stuck with ordering a size 8 and am very happy I did. They are a comfortable fit and relax a tad as you wear them. You do n't feel restricted in them at all. They are perfect for hiking or to wear around all day.

I bought these before leaving to travel for 8 months. These shorts( and a pair of Prana pants) are my favorite bottoms to wear and I have worn them in 12 countries( and counting), so they have had a LOT of wear. They are great for hiking, sight- seeing, and everyday use. I was worried about ordering them online without having the chance to try them on. However, their fit is great. I was also disappointed that when I ordered them the only color in my size was Earthtone. However, I am actually happy with the color and think it looks better in person. I have hand washed them, line dried, machine washed, and machine dried. They dry quickly, have a bit of stretch( which is great for being active), and did n't show the massive amounts of sweat in hot, humid climates. Honestly, these shorts have paid for themselves. I have also received many compliments about this pair of shorts.

I love TNF wander shorts. A few summers ago they came out with two pocket version which were awesome. [ Fantastic shorts but the sizing runs large. The liner was loose/floppy and the waistband was too loose to hold items securely. Using the drawstring created a big bunchy wrinkle up front. Premium materials, great execution, just needs availability in XXS or for the sizing to be more accurate. For context, I have a 27- 28 ” waist and am a solid XS in most brands, including adidas in tight shorts.
