I '' m 32C/D 5' 3 '' 117# and the small fits fine. Might like to try XS, but the elastic band for the shelf bra is as snug as I would want to go. This is honestly a great basic t- shirt. After buying one, I ended up buying three more. They 're really reasonably priced and they wear well, fit well, and wash well. I actually got a variety of sizes because I wanted them for different purposes. So at this point I 've worn them for casual wear, working out, loungewear, and even dressed up with an outfit. Outfit. The quality of the material is very nice and there is just the right amount of stretch. So far with washing the material quality has remained just as great as day one and I 'm finding these shirts really hold their shape even after multiple washes. I would definitely recommend these!
