I love the reflectors all across. The only gripe I have is that these fit big in length and width. I have wide feet and am between a 7. 5 and 8. I got a 7. 5 in these, but they were a whole size too big and unfortunately they ran out of all sizes by the time I got these in the mail that I can ’ t make an exchange. It ’s so comfy that I will keep them and use for walking. I tried to tighten them up all the way and jog with them but my feet was moving around too much in them and I kept getting heel slippage. I ’ ve never tried a runners knot, but I will learn and try on these to see if they stay in place better that way for jogging because I want to see the ride in these that I predict would be nice for daily trainers and tempo runs. All I can say for now is that they are remarkably comfortable and feel very stable on the feet! Great quality too! I ’ d highly recommend them, but to size down 1/2 to 1 whole size or at least try in store first:)
