I am a natural 32DDD in regular bras. I have searched high and low for a sports bra that is comfortable, provides adequate coverage and keeps me locked in while running. Not to mention this is a cute looking bra! After several flops with other brands, I finally happened across the UpHold and it's everything I 've been looking for! I purchased both the S and M. I prefer the S for high impact workouts( yes, it's categorized as a medium impact bra but it's far more supportive than some of Brooks actual high impact bras) but the M would work in a pinch. I use it primarily for hiking, yoga or just around town. With either size there is NO spilling out( huge problem for girls my size!) and the ladies are locked in place without creating an unflattering uniboob! Please bring these back! I never want to have to find another dream bra! Some reviewers commented that this bra is tricky to put on. They 're totally right. Hooking this thing once it's on takes a feat of flexibility, a lot of twisting, turning and hopping and a miracle to boot. After about 15 minutes of trying to get it hooked, I finally succeeded and vowed never to try that again. Now I simply hook it before pulling it on and just lift the girls into place.

Just ran my third marathon, and I chose a new sports bra because I wanted something to hold my phone( I hate running races with a running belt, and my shorts had a little too much bounce)! This sports bra held my phone in place to the point where I was never rudely reminded it was there. Also, it's quite easy to get your phone in and out of, which is a huge plus! In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

I love Nike's padded longline sports bras and I own 4 in two different styles!! I 'm a size 36A, 130- ish pounds and wear a medium in this style. I found that these bras are incredibly comfortable/soft for both long- distance running and casual use. These wash well, do not overly stretch after wearing all day, do not cause chaffing, and have sewn in pads! Win win win.

I am typically a 38 C and I recieved a size large which seems to be a great fit. It ’s flattering and comfortable. The moisture wicking type material is great, and the bright red color is washing well( not fading)! My only complaint is every time I wash the sports bra the padded inserts come out and I have to maneuver them back in. I prefer to have them in versus out, or else I would probably throw them out. A sewn in version would be great!

[ Recently I added the Plunge Sports Bra to my workout clothing options and I 've quickly began to reach for it first when available. I 've been impressed with it's ability to provide the level of support that I need but also be comfortable to wear even when I 'm not working out. The color I have is a bright red and has multiple straps that go across the back. The plunge is subtle and does n't expose a lot but allows for some airflow to keep me a bit cooler while I run. The bras fabric feels nice on the skin and I 've not experience any chafing or irritation when in use or afterwards. While training or running I 'm not having to adjust as the garment stays in place from when I first put it on. The bra does have stitched in modesty padding that I do n't have to adjust when I have it on but can get a bit twisted when washing. Not a difficult fix though since access to them is available through a slot on the sides. Initially the size felt a bit small but as I wore it more it got easier to put on without sacrificing the support desired. Washing has n't dulled the color and the feel continues to remain the same as the first time I wore it. I 'm thrilled to have this in my rotation and will continue to use it as my go to Sports Bra and at times wear even when not training. Ca n't recommend this item enough for it's comfort, support and styling.

My girls are heavy and often fall out the bottom of the wireless bras or flop over like saggy butcheeks=( I think it definitely has minimized my bust. I like the racerback style. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bra/top/bathing suit top! perfect for me; size Lage A- C fits great( I am 36 C bra) I was concerned it would fit too tightly but it is great and even has a little room in the cup to add the insert for additional privacy. Fabric is double layered and almost bathing suit material. I will use it as sports bra, for biking, and mostly for kayaking. LOVE THE HIGH NECK. I need to cover my chest in the sun and it is hard to find the high neck, plus it is longer that sports bras could be used alone as a top. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It is easy to put on and take off,( i have a similar high neck sports bra from Victoria Secret that is very difficult to get off& on) great item fit& style!

I specifically go hunting through the racks for these tank tops. They have that almost seamless quality that I can not get enough of! They are very stylish with joggers, a flirty fun fit. They ’ re thin but not thin as in bad quality, thin as in almost one with your body and no bulky suffocating band underneath. Buttery smooth and may I say definitely better fit than my LuLu tops. My hunt for these will definitely continue until I am satisfied hah.

I ’ d say medium support. Very soft and comfortable and easy to wear. Cute under a full zip hoodie without feeling like you are exposing yourself. Good value on sale. If you are very heavy chested, probably not enough support.

It's very hard to find a front zip sports bra that is comfortable; this is a well- priced, comfortable and easy to use bra. The only negative I would say is that it has to many clasps- I do n't use them all, the zipper alone is generally sufficient. A `` small '' size is equivalent to a 34B/C.

My mother had open heart surgery. She needed a supportive front zip bra after surgery. I went to 7 different stores looking for a nice zip up bra that would fit a 38DDD. I found 1 bra out of all 7 stores, and it happened to be this one. The zipper does n't fall down, and she feels more comfortable in it than out of it. The straps and back are adjustable. I just wish the stores carried more XXL sizes than they do, but the free shipping was a plus when I ordered more.

The support and light padding are efficient features when going from working out to making a quick supermarket run.( I ’ ve used this for running and light weightlifting.) The feel of this bra is effortless and not restricting like other sports bras. There are adjustable straps to find a good fit. I also appreciate the sexy cutout in the front; it definitely adds a good vibe when you need to push yourself to workout after a long day! The Nike Indy Plunge Bra also holds up well with washing. I place the bra in a lingerie bag when washing on a delicate cycle and then hang to dry. Definitely worth the purchase if you ’ re debating it.
