I 've always had issues with cold hands while skiing. My best pair are the 3 finger Hestra glove which until i bought these, were my go to warm gloves. Even with the Hestra gloves, my fingers would get cold below 15°. Recently we were planning a ski trip and the forcast temps were to be a high of 0° and i knew my other gloves would not be sufficient, so i decided to purchase the Action heat gloves. I was very happy, with the sub 0° temps, my hands stayed warm. With those temps, I did keep them on the high setting knowing that I had also purchased a 2nd set of batteries which I 'm glad i did. I also have a Action Heat vest that i bought a few years ago and its been great too.

With these mittens I skied all day at 10 degrees and two breaks and kept my hands warm. I used medium and low settings most of the time and still had half the battery left at the end of the day. My husband bought this for me as a gift. I ’ ve only worn them once for skiing so far( weather has been too warm this winter), but am in love already! I have Raynauld ’s syndrome which makes my hands super cold all the time. I usually put Hothands packs in my gloves to stay warm but my finger tips still get chilly enough to send me into the lodge for a bit. These heated snow gloves have warning elements that run through each finger. When I started to get cold, I turned the heating element on high for about 5 mins. After a couple of runs, I was plenty warm& turned them off all together. It wasn ’ t a super cold day( mid 40 ’s). I was outside for about 6 hours or so& probably only had the battery on for 1/2 hr total( the gloves themselves are nicely insulated). There was enough battery left to charge my phone on the drive home.

I have the black pair and have used them twice. I 'm a truck driver that pulls tankers and I have to unload the tanker myself so that means pulling hoses and standing outside with the truck trailer for 2 to 4 hours. So far the coldest it's been but I 've unloaded it's about 13 ° and they have done really well so far. The thumb and index finger probably get the warmest, but overall the whole hand is pretty warm. It's very important. I think to turn them on in the truck first and let him get warm then go outside with them and they maintain very well. So far as winter comes it will get colder especially in the northern Nevada and we will see how that goes.

As a smaller woman I have smaller hands, but these are almost small enough for a child. The overall quality is fantastic, they heat up nicely and the cell phone smart touch works great. But the finger length is so short the fingers stop at my second knuckle. I did n't think with the elements on the palms of the hands, that my hands would stay warm. But, when I got inside and took them off, my hands were warm. They work great for my Nordic skiing pursuits in temps down to the teens. For subzero temps, they do n't have sufficient insulation to keep my Reynaud's syndrome digits warm. I am VERY happy with these gloves. I walk my dogs daily.. winter days my fingers will go numb. I ’ ve tried putting hot hand inserts into gloves, thermal gloves.. none helped on told days.. THESE GLOVES have been awesome. My hands stsy warm and no numb fingers! At first they were a little clumpy putting on with the battery pack. But after putting on a couple times.. no issues. They were lightweight enough that they did n't slow me down, if it HAD gotten cold then I 'm confident my hands would have stayed toasty warm, and I still love the color as it matches my aesthetic. You should buy these gloves. Worst case, you do n't need them but at least you look trendy and ready for anything.

This is the third pair of battery operated heated insoles I 've owned. They are an indispensable piece of gear that enables me to spend hours outdoors during the long winters in our high mountain climate. One of the features I like best is that this brand of insoles has a longer tab at the heel so you can actually grasp the tab in order to remove the insole when you are done. Other brands have a tab which is too short rendering it useless. I 've only had this particular pair for a couple months now so the jury is out as to how many winters I will get out of them. If they last more than two winters, I will write an update to my review. I wear them every day. This is the second pair of insoles I 've purchased with a remote. I have not been able to figure out how to pair either one of these models so I have never used the remote feature. Cant say that I miss it. I am in the process of purchasing as pair for my husband who works construction and is out doors all day sometimes. I will definitely purchase from this company again. Good products, prompt delivery.

I have a condition similar to Raynaud syndrome that leaves my extremities cold all the time. I 've tried wool, sherpa, cashmere all to no avail. When I came upon these I thought I would try them. They are wonderful. Easy to cut to fit shoe. Directions are a bit lacking, but one I figured it out, the insoles are easy to charge and use. I wear them all the time, indoors and out. I know some people said the high setting was too warm, but I find it the most comfortable setting. I am in love.
