I recently bought the Sea to Summit Telos 2 tent and wanted to protect my investment, so I also purchased the footprint for it. The package is really nice for it and to be honest, I thought that I 'd have a hard time getting it back into its pouch, but it folds up nicely and packs down small. I do a lot of backpacking where I sleep on rocks or directly on granite( hello, Sierras), so it was important for me to be able to protect the bottom of the tent. This does the job nicely and is super easy to install with the Telos 2 Tent. I love the fact that I can also keep this attached to the Telos Tent's rainfly if the weather is bad, or just set it up with the fly, without the actual tent for some ground protection and extra shade for a quick rest. I gave it 4 out of 5, only because I felt like it needed to be just a tad bit larger. It fits the bottom dimensions of the tent nearly perfectly, but I wish it was just a tad larger. When I was recently camping along California's Lost Coast, and we had wind gusts of 40mph, I noticed that the actual tent would shift just a tad off of the footprint, exposing the edges to the ground below. I was in sand, so was n't a big deal, but if the ground was harsh or muddy, the tent itself could have been impacted. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

Definitely get this, protect your investment, also gives a nice floor under the vestibule so you do n't have to deal with shoes, etc in the tent.

[ This is fantastic as it gives a place to crouch or kneel getting in the tent, and helps keeps the dirt from getting in. I 'd use the smaller ground cloth when backpacking as the additional weight can be felt, but for car camping it's perfect. It also gives a nice spot from my dog to sleep!

[ I recently completed the 20 mile Manistee River Loop Trail and spent two nights in this tent. I have absolutely no regrets about this purchase as the tent performed flawlessly. [ Just what I was looking for. First two times it was used got decent rain and it stayed perfectly dry. Had very strong winds that collapsed one side( while nobody was in it and I don ’ t have it tied down, just staked) and it popped right back up when the wind stopped. No damage. The “ wings ” make it a little more difficult to set up with a good tight stretch on all sides, but I do love that extra space inside.

[ This is just a preliminary review, since I have yet to have the opportunity to use it yet. However, it set it up in my home. So far, it ’s pretty impressive, especially for value. Set up was easy, although a small hiccup with the fly. I was centering the vestibule zipper and things weren ’ t wuite lining up. I went back to the photo of the tent and once I realized that the zipper aligns with the wing, it was easy peasy. The tent is plenty roomy, and just love the wings. Whichever Marmot engineer thought of that is a genius!!! I thought it might just be a gimmick, but it ’s utilitarian and thoughtful. I also love the extra large doors which make getting your gear in a breeze. All the stitching looked great. Time will tell once I get this tent out in the outdoors, but so far, Im delighted with my Limelight 3P

[ So I bought this tent for a trip into the Angeles mountains with friends and it was great!! It ’s the little things that matter with this tent. I see alot of bad reviews for this tent, but I 've honestly never had any problems with it. First issue I hear alot about is that it leaks. I 've never had any leaks with this tent. I remember I ended sleeping in probably an inch of water one night, and not a single drop made it into the tent! Another issue that I heard of was that the poles were attached together. I can see why someone would find it annoying l, but I like it like that. I like the way they 're attached because I find it easier to set it up by myself. Overall, a pretty solid Tent that I would recommend!

[ The Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL3 is a perfect ultralight tent. After buying the tent, I found the the floor of the tent to be exceptionally thin and looked like there would be high risk for puncture in the backcountry. I ordered the footprint after purchasing the tent based on that concern. The footprint was a smart buy. It fits perfectly, adds minimal weight, and will certainly provide that extra needed layer of protection to protect the investment I made in a high quality tent.
5

[ I just recently pick up this footprint for my tiger wall ul3 works as it should. Just got back from a 8 night trip rained 2 days no issues. I will say that for the price of the tent it should have came with it. Look forward to this winter season plan on using fast fly alot.

[ I lost the footprint for my TigerWall UL3 Platinum at Deadhorse Lake in Utah ’s Uintas. I had placed it on a shrub to dry and then forgot to pack it up before leaving camp. I thought this footprint would be a good match, but it turns out the buckles are different than the fly, so I won ’ t be able to use this footprint in fast fly mode, but it will still work nicely when using the tent body( which is what I always do anyway). For other users, my UL3 Platinum must be an older model that didn ’ t use the TipLok buckles, nor the buckles on this footprint which appear to be a version between the traditional clip buckles and the TipLok because it has a similar buckle to the TipLok, but without the hole for the tent pole.

[ Yes I know these things are overpriced. But you 've already left fiscal sanity when you paid that much for your tent. And this thing not only fits perfectly but literally expands the usable space. Plus keeping dirt outside makes your expensive tent last longer. So just buy it. BTW if you really scrunch things it will fit in the tent storage bag.

[ I bought this for my Tiger Wall UL2 Bikepacking tent. I consider using Tyvek or poly, but went with the real deal since it provides a footprint for under the vestibule, not just the main tent body. I was n't sure if I wanted the bikepacking tent or the regular Tiger Wall, so I asked Big Agnes directly if it would work with the regular model too and they said it did, as I was planning on getting the footprint no matter which tent model I chose.

[ Camping in the backyard is a vibe! Reading your favorite book while chilling in the tent is fun. My daughter had a fun experience! Outside of that, the Ampex tent is very durable and easy to put together. It would be great for 1 person to go on a camping experience in the woods and they would have great shelter and enough room to have a backpack inside of the tent with them. We love it!

[ As first time campers, when my partner and I first saw how compact and light the package was, we were skeptical of whether it would be large enough. However after setting it up- which was super easy- it was as roomy as you need it to be. The hardest part was putting it back into the bag as neatly as it came. However if you are impatient like my partner and prefer to just stuff it in, it still works, which is great! It is a three person tent, but is a tiny bit cramped imo, for two people however, it ’s perfect with some spare space. As a two person tent I ’ d rate it 5. As a three person, only for size I ’ m rating it 4.

Awesome lightweight tent. When you take the poles out of the stuff sack you can really pack it down. Vents in the fly are nice. Easy setup without the interior for fly only setup. [ Bought for trips with two people and a dog. It was easy to set up and overall light weight. Only thing is the stakes are pretty heavy but easily swapped with lighter ones so no big deal! The mesh has such high visibility that my dog actually tried to jump through it. The tent didn ’ t budge and she sort of flopped backwards. No damage to the tent so it ’s durable too!

[ We bought this to go car camping with our three- year- old. I have some nitpicks( see below) but all in all I 'm quite happy with it. PROS:- Very easy to set up.- Main tent body is mostly mesh; nice for ventilation and stargazing. Rain fly provides full coverage, for a little more warmth and privacy.- Included footprint is a nice addition. CONS:- Quite heavy, but this is to be expected at the price.- The bag has no handle, and it can be a little tricky to get all the pieces stuffed back in.- The included stakes are a little flimsy. I 've already bent one of them, on our first trip out.- The stake- out loops on the rainfly do n't work very well( though I plan on tying them out with line next time, which should take care of it).

[ I purchased this footprint for my regular Copper Spur UL 1. It fits the tent fine and it's nice to be able to put some items in the vestibule without having them get damp id the floor is wet. I have noticed that the footprint gets a bit dirty where I am getting in and out of the tent with my foot traffic. I could take more care to remove my shoes if I wanted to use that space to sit, but its not really been an issue.

[ I was questioning a splurge on the 1person copper spur tent. It's so delicate that a footprint I was on the fence about getting something else, but it 'really ties the room together' and has made me fully thrilled with copper spur 1P tent and footprint as my go- to set up. It is super light, minimal, perfectly designed to compliment and together just makes a super comfortable set up.

Big Agnes told me this would be about 2 '' too long but it seems pretty perfect to me. Carrying pouch is as compact as you 'd hope, and the whole things awesome to know it fits the tent perfect. No more messing around with standard square tarps to fit to tent shape/size.

[ The design of this footprint is for the Telos Freestanding Ultralight Tent and it works perfectly. Each corner has holes that fit exactly the tent poles. I recently used this in West Virginia for 2 nights with heavy rain and thunderstorm.. worked like a charge. Great design.. love it.

I loved that it came with a footprint that is super lightweight, this kept the bottom of the tent mud free in the rain and it cleaned up great when it was dry- I even used this footprint as a picnic blanket for lunch breaks between campsites which...

Great lightweight backpacking tent. I was able to take this on a multi day 10+ miler and did n't have any issue with the weight that it added to my pack. Like most tents, 3 person more than likely means 2 person. My buddy and I both have the Ampex lightweight sleeping pad( long/wide size) and we were able to fit just two of those pads in the tent and were still comfortable. I have yet to experience any crazy rain or anything in the tent, but with the rain cover on there seems to be a solid amount of coverage. My favorite part of the tent is the base of the tent seam is actually quite high up the tent, this is great for any water that may try to get it, youd literally have to have flooding happen before anything really comes through the tent.

[ This is one of my favorites!! It is made very sturdy and easy to assemble! It ’s quite roomy and it ’s just perfect. I was so excited to receive this. I definitely recommend if you like to camp!! I received this product free from Influenster for my honest opinion

[ It ’s easy to use, very spacious and comfortable, the bottom lining is great and a thick sturdy mat to add your sleeping bags on. The openness or the closeness is a great option. I ’ d say it ’s a two person tent though not a three person. Two person because it leaves room for your belongings. It ’s fall right now and it does keep the wings out indefinitely. Overall great tent.

[ I ’ ve seen this brand before and I already know that it ’s a great brand. Due to the weather here, I haven ’ t been able to put it up. The specs and measurements are spot on and the tent ’s material seem really good and will hold up under extreme climate.

I ’ ve only set up the tent in the backyard a couple times. Camping trip is scheduled in a few weeks. I love the vestibules and the large pockets at the head. The bath tub floor is great how it come up a few inches to protect against splashing under the rainfly. I like the additional material just above the bath tub floor before the mesh. The overall construction looks great.

[ Very easy to set up. Color coded fly snaps make it super easy. The short poles go together and break down very easily. The top vent is nice as well.

[ I love my Big Agnes Fly Creek tent with the Footprint! When I purchased the tent I almost did n't invest in the footprint. I 'm happy I did! [ It's lightweight, it is compact, and it protects the bottom of my favorite backpacking tent from rocks, sticks, and debris! Also, it allows me to set up in the rain without getting the inside of my tent soggy. Let the ultralight nerds use a piece of tyvec, I 'll stick with this.

[ Glad I got this to go with my most awesome tent!!! Though I must say, I think it weird that it is sold separate from the tent. Love the color coding!

[ Got this to go with my Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL1 tent to protect the bottom from sticks and stones and normal wear and tear. It only adds about four ounces, and in my book that ’s worth it to protect the investment I put in this tent. I got it at a great deal, and am looking forward to using it in many trips over many miles for many years. It fits the tent

[ I recently downsized from the copper spur hv ul2 to the ul1 and wanted something to add durability to the tent floor. This footprint not only provides this durability, but it also allows me to leave the tent body at home and just use the fast fly setup on trips that I know the weather is going to cooperate. Sure you can make a ground sheet out of polycro or tyvek, but you lose the flexibility of the fast fly setup. For me, this is an excellent addition to the tent and the weight is negligible.

[( big agnes should include this with the tent) The SC SL 2p tent floor is light/thin enough that you 'll want a footprint. Well guess what? This is a footprint! It works just like it should and is n't very heavy. Im able to pack it with my tent no problem. The other weekend it rained like crazy one day... footprint was wet and gross- my tent was perfectly dry and clean on bottom:) treat yourself

Definitely get this, protect your investment, also gives a nice floor under the vestibule so you do n't have to deal with shoes, etc in the tent.

Bryan T.

We 've had this tent almost 3 years. For the past 2 years it served as a 2 person cabin at our hunting lease. We 've gone so far as to put 2 queen size air mattresses, a chest of drawers and a heater in it. Aside from maintenance it has performed flawlessly, enduring some decent storms, pea sized hail, with ease. Of my few complaints with this tent none of them would be noticed or problematic for a family of weekend warriors. Two thoughts if Core reads these, add a socket pocket near the back window and offer a rainfly with vestibule or porch feature.

Good tent footprint, but it seems like it should have the same shape as the tent base. The 9- Person Extended Dome Tent is n't rectangular, the ends taper. This leaves the corners of the footprint exposed which could allow heavy rain to collect and pool under the tent. Otherwise a great product.

I bought this before a soccer tournament with rain in the forecast. It works great at keeping the rain and wind away.
