Kids Captain is great! We have some very adventurous kiddos and so having a helmet that is good for both bikes and climbing is such a great design. Last year she decided that helmets were unnecessary and did not really provide much protection and that their effectiveness was overrated. I never wore a helmet so it was no concern to me. Consistent sizing, no hot- spots or areas where the cinch system pinches or stabs my head.
