I have tried just about every advertised technology for my significant lower back pain caused by damaged disks. This belt is really the only thing in my arsenal of products that relieve the pain in a very short amount of time. I set the timer for 30- 45 min's but start getting relief within 5- 10 min's. I use a gel to slightly lubricate the 4 pads which I find works very well for me, but you can also dampen the pads with water. This sure beats trying to position individual pads that are hard to attach, don ’ t last but a few usages and don ’ t work near as well as this belt does. Frankly, I would have `` a great deal of trouble '' getting thru many days without this belt. I keep a spare at all times…just in case of an unexpected issue. Ps: I was not given anything to share my personal experience on this product that I have used for well over 5 yrs. I recently did buy a new one as my original finally started to experience an intermittent issue with one channel. [ What I liked about this product is that the setup was very easy, and surprisingly it was very comfortable. I usually do n't give out nine and a half. But on this one I had to. This product will take away any uneasiness with going camping and feeling like you 're sleeping on the hard ground. What would I would improve is if you have to go blow up the nozzle to get rid of the chemical smell completely out of the air hole when you open it up. It smells really bad. I would definitely recommend this product to any of my friends and family for camping. Or a family party.

The texture of this mat is very grippy and rugged. It seems it would be good for general fitness, but not the greatest for yoga, which is half of why I bought it. If you want to have two mats this is a great option for the general fitness in a home gym.
