When working out at the gym, they move with you when exercising. VISIBILITY: I usually run late afternoon and it is getting dark early, especially in winter, it is extremely important for me to have reflective and visible workout gear. These tights have bright yellow at the leg bottoms and a number of reflectors that are easy to see in low light. I have a peace of mind when running after dark. COMFORT: These tights are very comfortable and provide the right amount of compression. My absolute favorite features are drop- in pockets on both sides and stay- put waistband.
