Ordered this backpack for my 8th grade son online because this backpack was not available to purchase in store. We received our order quickly. Everything looked good with the exception that 5 of the 7 paracord zipper attachments were missing. Normally it would not be an issue but the zipper pulls are pretty small so it would have been nice to have the paracord attachments that they are supposed to come with. Evidently kids steal these off the bags from classmates and in the store. My son wanted me to order another bag with the paracord attachments. I called customer service and explained that we received a bag without them. I was told that this bag came directly from the warehouse and if we ordered another bag it would also come from the warehouse. Perhaps the best backpack Nike has never made. Within a span of 4 years I ’ ve collected two with a third on the way. Well engineered and stitched together. I ’ ve use it as a personal carry bag, hauled it through congested city streets on two continents and multiple cities and even used a gym bag with all sorts of gear and at most two pairs of shoes comfortably. The side pockets can hold two 32 ounce vacuumed sealed water bottles without any issues. The top small pocket intended for sunglasses has enough ample space for additional items like headphones and a case for glasses. Fully loaded I ’ ve ever had one of these backpacks is at most 45 pounds. Shoulder straps are wide and really comfortable. The adjustability of the shoulder straps is effortless. The addition of the sternum strap gave more stability for heavier loads. The MOLLE style attachment points makes this bag even more versatile to add more items to the face and sides of this bag and has came in clutch many times over. It ’s over built enough for many years of extensive use. They ’ re a bunch of key features I ’ m forgetting but overall you can not go wrong with this bag. Definitely worth it ’s weight in gold!

As I do with all my backpacks, I put a large S- biner on it, so I can hang it, it even hooks over 40 cm thick stall doors so I do n't have to set my pack down. [ I got the Daylite Plus to act as a compliment to my Farpoint 40 for travel. I 'm really pleased with how it can attach on the Farpoint despite not being the Farpoint- specific daypack, because this gives me a daypack with a bit more space. I 've been using this Surge backpack since 2019 and it has been great! I 've heard my family's thoughts on the newer model of the same backpack and they are not as impressed. The straps are more prone to breaking and the seams have started tearing pretty early in the life of their backpack. This being said, my older model has been so great! It's gone through years of hauling notebooks, folders, textbooks, water bottles, and clothes for practice after school. One of the shoulder straps did begin to tear last year( 2024) slightly but a quick stitch- job has got it back to working order. I would definitely buy a North Face backpack again!

The zippers work and are pretty sturdy, the fabric is slightly waterproof( good in light rain), and the side pocket fits even my big water bottle. I needed a great weekend travel bag and I can not recommend the Allpa enough. It has enough space for all my items and I do n't feel like I need another bag for stuff. I used it for a week long trip and it was the perfect size. I do n't see myself using another bag for a long time.

I love my new pack, and I am currently traveling with it in South America. The compartments fit my packing cubes perfectly, and the shoulder straps are very comfortable. I ’ m pretty sure I could travel for several months out of this pack, if I stayed in a similar climate zone. I ’ ve been able to carry it on to all of my flights so far, and fits easily in the overhead compartment of the jets I have been on. I had one zipper malfunction of with the top compartment, as the key clip cord was caught in the zipper, and I had to cut the cord to get it open.

I own the Allpa 28L and 35L and this 42L is even greater! It ’s the same great pack but more room and space. Recently took it on a trip and able to carry onboard and fit in the overhead. The materials and compartments are best in the game. A tad bit too big on international flights, but most domestic is fine. It carried up to 2 weeks of clothes along plus more room for other small accessories. Love Cotopaxi bags.

[ Great pack. Plenty of room, well made and light weight. This is my 3rd Talon 22 pack. You might be asking why I have needed to buy a 3rd. The short answer is that I loved my first pack, but I wanted a second in a different color. Then I bought the 2nd. Unfortunately both the 1st and the 2nd Talon 22 packs where destroyed when my house burned in the Palisades Fire. Short answer, I am sold on the Talon 22.

[ I bought this pack for my daughter. I have an Osprey back pack( have had it for years) and it's been great! I have used it for hiking all over the world, and it is still in great shape. However I had to purchase a water repellant cover, as it does not have one included with that particular pack. I am sure my daughter will enjoy her new Osprey Talon 22!

Love this bag! It is how much room it has. There is several pockets in the bag which allows to store your things without getting stuffed for damaged. It's made with great quality material. My son also has a borealis bag for school and it's lasted him two years without wear and tear.

I have this as a backpack and I love it. I am still in high school and I honestly could n't want a better bag. In my opinion it is a little small for all the stuff I had but not too bad. I love the look of it, the skinny cute bag is so nice and i love the light blue on gray. The side pockets are a bit small for all water bottles but most of the time i do n't have a hard time pushing my bottles in. The wire on the side though makes it hard sometimes but u just have to make sure you press down and not out.

[ This sling is the raddest for travel. I ’ m a wilderness guide and I have to pack in all carry ons so the more I can pack onto a flight, the better. My travel hack is to wear this under my jacket but sling it to the side opposite the flight attendant when boarding and it works every time so I can have a backpack and duffel. These day slings look cute when I go out too so I can pack my notebook, water bottle, headphones, hat, makeup bag and scarf into it, literally everything. [ I 've had 3 different versions of the Daylite Sling. And for me, the latest one is the best. It feels lighter, has more pockets, I like the new strap zipper pocket. I carry this bag as a sort of EDC and I can get ally gear in here. Well done Osprey!
