I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” and 120 lbs, and the XS fits really well. The waistband is a bit snug going over the hips, but once it ’s on, it feels firm and supportive, which I like. The best way to describe the fabric is to compare it to the Athleta brand I also wear. The Athleta brand has a buttery soft feel, a bit slick, thinner feeling fabric, and I do love them. By comparison, the Calia fabric for this legging has a slightly course, thicker feel, making it a bit warmer with a more substantial feel, which I also love. And when I say “ course ”, I should clarify that it is still a very soft fabric and you won ’ t be disappointed. Both are great in their own way, and I wear either depending on what I ’ m doing.

Since I am 5' 3 '' the pants are longer on me than they are on the model, but they 're still a few inches above the ankle and look sleek. [ These are such soft and comfy joggers. They have just the right amount of taper at the bottom, usually joggers fit me tight around the calves but these fit perfectly and were not too snug. They are high waisted and hit right above my belly button. I would prefer not to have a ribbed band because after wearing them all day they did leave an imprint on my stomach, but other than that they were very comfortable to wear. The inside of the joggers were a soft fleece, but they were not too thick, they felt like wearing really soft sweatpants. Normally in sweats and joggers I like to wear a Medium to have a looser fit, but the Small was just right where I had enough room to move around and not feel constricted. These are great joggers to run errands in or to put on after a hot yoga class.
