I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. Super easy assembly and set up. Looks to be very high quality. Treadmill is very smooth and quiet! I use it mainly for walking as I 'm not much of a runner. When I do run, I normally run at 45 to 50 miles per hour so this treadmill would probably burn up at those speeds. I 'll just run outside if I want to, but not during fire season as I would hate to create a high speed spark and start a fire.

Bought this a few weeks ago and so far have been very satisfied. Wife and I use this treadmill for walking exercise so really ca n't review it for running, but for us it is the perfect home exercise equipment. It was rather easy to assemble by myself and only took about an hour and half to put together. Just take time to read instructions completely before beginning assembly. Our last treadmill lasted for over 15 years and hopefully with proper maintenance and care, this one will too.

I was told I could use baseball batting gloves too, but I wanted something more fitness oriented. The fingertip `` swipe pads '' I thought were a joke, until i actually used them. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The resistance feels smooth when adjusting, though I ’ ll admit the lowest level is a little tougher than I expected. I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry.
