[ I have run in Adrenaline GTS for years because they provide the support I need for my pronation. I was disappointed in the 23 edition- the fit was off and felt sloppy in the heel. With the 24 edition, Brooks got the Adrenaline GTS back on track with its snug heel, roomy toe box and a nice selection of times to choose from. I loved this style of shoe. I bought a pair last year and they are my go- to golf show( I have several pairs). I liked them so much I bought another pair this year. No, they are not completely waterproof, but they are around the sides of the shoe. All you need to do is spray the tops of them with a water repellent spray and they are 90% water proof( but no, you ca n't wade through the pond searching for your ball in them). Most of the bad reviews below are just because they are uncomfortable shoes. Mine are EXTREMELY comfortable( I usually will walk 18- 27 holes in them), because I BOUGHT THE RIGHT SIZE! Yes, they definitely run small, so go up a 1/2 or whole size when ordering them. My pair last year are dark grey, and this year I purchased the lighter grey color. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. As a by women for women brand, many working women in, for example, the food service industry, need a comfortable black shoe. These would be perfect. I would certainly buy another pair, if black were offered as a color choice. I like the podflow EZ walker because the bungee closure is comfortable for my feet as I have a high instep and the shoelaces that tie on the other podflw model do not fit my foot as comfortably.

These are my comfiest Ryka's and I own several pairs of Ryka's in different styles. By comfy I mean soft and cushiony. These are not extremely supportive like Hokas which can be stiff. I walk over a mile to and from work on city sidewalks and am up and about all day. These shoes help keep me moving.

The Devoted Walking Sneaker's design is brilliant. At first, you think, what's with this toebox! The width feels just right but the fabric top is oddly roomy with airspace above your toes. The fabric is not stretched tightly, so it's a bit loose. Your toes can move. Toe bumps are n't rubbed. PLUS the heel is snug. So, when you lace up, your feet stay put and do n't shift around. The snug heel plus roomy toebox mean your metatarsals do n't get pinched or achy. ALL THIS, PLUS the shoe bed is super comfortable with incredible cushioning front and back. For me, the cushioning is so good that I do n't even need my custom orthotics for bad metatarsals, something I 've required for 30 years. fyi my other favorite Ryka model for daily use is Devotion X Walking Shoe, which provides a fit that's more tailored with fabulous cushioning, also no orthotics needed. After running in the Torins and getting injured, like a fool I researched after. Knowing I need supporting shoes, I bought the Paradigm 5s and absolutely loved them. Once they wore out I bout the the 6s the foam was too soft and not supportive like the 5s. The 6s were also not responsive like the 5s. I took a gamble on the 7s because I heard they were firmer and they are way better than the 6s. People that started on the 6 probably wo n't like that, but people who started before the 6s and went to Paradigm for support will love them compared to the 6s.

If yours squeak, try some baby powder between the insole and sole. I think these have a glued down insole if remembering correctly, but i think i peeled them up in mine. Put baby power between the layers and try to get it to go between the sole from the upper and the foam of the cushioning/midsole where they are sewn together. Sometimes there are vent holes as well. If you get them really wet/dry and that gets washed out it will return some eventually but you can redo it. Ive had several different styles of squeaky shoes and this works. The squeak is between the upper sole and midsole and not the outer sole and the ground like most people think. That is why they squeak on any surface. Had these shoes for about a year and a half now and used and abused them. Feels pretty much as good or better than pegasus i had, although it is hard to ever get a direct comparison. Ive worked and walked a lot in them and usually feet feel as any other shoe Ive ever had. I coach and do a lot of outdoor work.

I bought these because they were on sale and I use them for work. I 'm a nurse and needed comfy shoes and these so far have done the job. Do n't know how great they are to run in.

I use it to go to the gym and work out. I am 70 years old and do not do any vigorous or strenuous exercises. These are comfortable for the treadmill and doing other things in the gym. Great value.
