I bought this New Year ’s Day and I love it! I used an exercise band to anchor underneath so it doesn ’ t sway too much. I ’ m only 5 ’ 3 ” so this height is perfect. It has the handle to do knees and elbows as well. Overall I ’ m so happy with it and, yes it moves, but it definitely takes my punches and kicks.
