They are very comfortable to walk around in, not as good as real sneakers, but better than a lot of lifestyle ones. Like all asics, there's no arch support. The insole is n't removable, but I find a thin black superfeet support fits just fine without crowding. Adding the arch support on all my asics helps make them a lot easier on my feet.

I was ready to prder another pair only to find that thet no longer made that style so I took a chance on these. I like these as well, the soles are n't leather like the older version, the fit is adjustable with a zipper and plastic `` chacos '' buckles. I enjoy the zipper addition so far.
