This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. But I guess that ’s because they are an oversized fit. I ’ m around 5 ’ 9 ” and 170. I usually were a large sometimes medium shirt. I had to get a small in these. I wish they were a little longer.
