The pants run a little long( since they are n't sized by inches) but you can easily roll them up or hem them permanently. [ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.

I wore these on a long day of walking all day in 95+ degree weather and they were so comfortable! I loved that I could unzip them a bit at the bottom of leg for airflow. As for sizing, I have seen some reviews say they are small but I did not find this to be the case. For reference, I am 5' 8 and 170 and got a medium. To me they fit perfectly. The only place they are a tiny bit snug is around the thighs( I have thicker thighs in general) but if I lose, literally, 2- 3 pounds, they would be perfect. I also LOVE the length as most pants like this are too short on me but these are plenty long( so may be a lad long for a shorter person). Overall, I am so happy with these and can see wearing them a lot for the rest of the winter both for walks and to go out!
