Absolutely love these leggings! They fit snug but move with you. My only complaint is that the waistband tends to roll down when I workout and bend over. Otherwise these are a 10/10 I ’ ve lost weight and these still fit great and I ’ ve had them for about 3 years now. Overall I like the fit and great navy color, but as others have noted, I recommend going a size up. I got my regular size and it was a bit too small but wearable. I got a second pair, a size up and it ’s better. Biggest thing is that the front lining is very narrow. I just bought a pair of speedos in the same design/style and the front lining is about twice as wide; the fit/support is a lot better with the Speedo pair, so I hope Nike adjusts this in future versions.

I ordered these in several colors because they are comfortable and work well at the gym. They are on the thinner side though and in terms of sizing, I would say buy whatever your regular size is. I normally wear a XL but I ordered the XXL because I did not want them to cling to my skin( I 'm 65+) and show every lump and bump. But, I really did not have to do this and could have easily just worn my regular size. Again, they are thin and do not hold you in so if there is something that you do n't want to show, I would say get them in the darker colors or you could size up.
