I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

I am able to move easily and comfortably throughout the day. I like the way it sits on my waist but still has room so it ’s not restrictive of my movement. The waist is also comfortable and stretchy. Some things I ’ d consider changing would be changing the string around the waste to something more stable and possibly adding some type of dongle at the end of the string for aesthetic effect. The size indicator chart had suggested getting a medium size but in fact they were too large so I had to size down. This may be something to consider.
