Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

ACG sizing being all over again especially with these. They started offering XXS in some colors but when I got it, it was not available. Though I did size down one size it is very long in length. You may have to get it hemmed or just fold it inward and pull the ties above your ankles. If you go down two sizes you may have an issue with the crotch riding up. Overall it is a thick and heavy sweatpant that's great for the cold.

First putting on the elastic around the ankles may deter yo but once on you ’ ll really appreciate the elastic ankle. Really satisfied with the comfort and flexibility and security of the pant. I really like these trousers. I wanted a pair of hiking trousers that looked a little more stylish and can be worn in a multitude of scenarios. I have them in green, a pleasing military shade, and like the fact they are all a single block of colour unlike many two- tone hiking trousers( which I personally find a little uncool). Material is flexible facilitating easy and fluid movement and is durable but not heavy. The cut is straight, not baggy, a little more slim than most walking trousers. The elasticated hem is practical and aids with the slimmer line of the trouser. The 3 pockets are all zipped which is practical. The yellow logo on the back is cool. I would recommend and may also buy in the blue colour too.

I have to start off and say I really appreciate the quality that goes into these bibs, there have been numerous improvements and upgrades to the older design. They have a relief cut into the pocket to hang a tape measure on either side. The front of the bib pockets are much more usable now, especially with the large zip pocket. [ These pants are comfortable with a bit of style. My only complaint is that the waist runs extremely small. I am 5' 4 '' and usually wear a 0- 2, but the top snap was uncomfortably tight. I went up to a 4, and the waist is till very snug. I got these pants for my upcoming trip to Scandinavia.
