[ Love this bra! I workout almost daily and do a lot of high impact workouts. This bra has held up and been super supportive when I need it, even during burpees! I am average/smaller chested and this bra gives good support and shape. It fits me true to size and keeps me supported during all forms of workouts while still being comfortable.

[ The Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra is sleek and comfortable as well as seamless. It ’s sleek style and supportive cups make this a great bra to wear while doing high impact workouts and running. The one issue I had with this bra is the bottom rolls up so it doesn ’ t stay in place perhaps consider using some material that will keep it from rolling up after wearing it a couple hours. Otherwise it fits a little larger than your typical medium so if in- between sizes I would size down. It ’s a great sports bra and I also noticed that it absorbs any sweat so that ’s an added bonus!

[ The garment( bra) was exceptional in its fit and feel. The design was perfect and was ideal for all conditions. It was durable but lightweight. The quality of material is great and breathes well. It was a pleasant surprise having the bra fit so well with a `` larger '' bust size. This is often difficult to achieve, nice work! Having a larger chest makes it difficult and sometimes painful to engage in sports activities due to `` bouncing '' caused by subpar support. This is not the case for this sports bra, the support was great and was an improvement from other nonperformance material type sports bras. The design is great as well, the balance between skin and covering is perfect. The chest area is not overly revealing, it is open allowing air flow. However, it does not come off as revealing or suggestive. This is also great for women who are not seeking to `` advertise '' and prefer a more modest look. Although, the design is not ugly or overbearing in that women who do like to show off would find it suitable as well. The fabric selection was on point. The material is quite durable and breathable. It also is conducive to working out and sweating. The garment does not get `` soaked '' feeling which can lead to discomfort. Overall, I am pleased with all aspects of the sports bra. The material and design are great. The performance is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this product to all woman seeking a reliable and comfortable sports bra. Please see attached photos.

[ I am an avid runner and I also do strength training and yoga. I used this bra with all three activities! Overall, the fit was snug and secure, which offered good support during my variety of workouts. The bra stayed in place so there was no chafing! The design is simple but effective. It goes with any outfit and has a modern athletic look. The fabric is breathable and sweat wicking. I have washed several times and it has not lost its shape or fit. It is padded and I did not have to adjust the pads while wearing it. What I liked best about the sports bra was the support it provided. I did not need to adjust mid workout, which is very nice. The only thing I would change is the band can feel a little constricting, and I noticed it during running. I have still worn it multiple times for running but I think I prefer to wear it mostly for strength and yoga. Overall, I think this is a great performance bra to wear with multiple types of workouts. It is great for yoga and strength training. It is also a good running bra aside from the band feeling tighter, but I felt supported and confident wearing it!

I really like this bra for MMA training and running- it is nice that it is smooth on the front and back. Love that it has no removable padding but still has good coverage. I bought this in two colors and hope to see more colors in the future!
