BEST PRICE GUARANTEE FAQS

• Full-price, regular-price, and sale-price products from qualifying retailers (excludes clearance and/or items exceeding 80% off the qualifying retailer’s verifiable regular retail price) within 14 days of purchase.
• Purchases made at DICK’S, Public Lands, Going Going Gone and Golf Galaxy within 14 days of purchase. DICK’S Warehouse Sale is not eligible for price matching.

• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match, accessible and verifiable by DICK’s, online or otherwise. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If DICK’S is not able to verify the lower price and product availability from a qualifying retailer, we may decline the request.

• Ecommerce and Department Stores (excluding third-party resellers/marketplaces): Amazon, Zappos, Macy's, Nordstrom, Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target. All ecommerce and department stores exclude third-party resellers/marketplaces offered on such retailer’s sites.
• Outdoor Stores: Cabela’s, BackCountry, Moosejaw, Public Lands, Sportman’s Warehouse, Bass Pro Shops, REI
• Sporting Goods and Footwear: Fanatics, FootLocker, Just Bats, Soccer.com, Academy, Hibbett, Big 5, PGA Superstore, East Bay, Edwin Watts, Dunham's, Champs, Finish Line
• Direct to Consumer: Nike, Under Armour, adidas, Patagonia, North Face, and those listed on our Shop All Brands page, https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/s/shop-all-brands, as updated from time to time.

This list may be updated from time to time, and we may choose to honor other retailers in our sole discretion.

Pricing – the following types of pricing are not eligible for price matching:

• BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promos
• Backorders, pre-sale, and out of stock
• Rebates and gifts with purchase
• Clearance products and/or items exceeding 80% off of the retail price and going-out-of-business sales
• Pricing due to typographical errors
• Personalized offers that DICK’s cannot directly verify itself through public-facing advertising, online or otherwise.
• Member only promotions/special or individualized pricing (for example - extra 10% when signing up for our loyalty program!), Loyalty promotions, reward certificates and credit/financing offers
• Employee discounts in addition to price matching
• Free gift with purchase (including free gift cards with purchase offers)

Stores – price matching is not offered for prices found at the following stores:

• DICK’S Warehouse Sale
• Local Retailers
• Warehouse Clubs such as Sam’s Club, Costco, etc.
• Outlets
• Products sold on online marketplaces (including those run by eligible retailers) and/or product sold by third parties on otherwise eligible retailer sites (including resellers)

Products and Services – the following products/services are not eligible for price matching:

• Custom or personalized products
• In-store services pricing and warranties
• Shipping, delivery and assembly fees
• Financing offers
• Trade-in offers
• Refurbished product
• Pre-owned, gently used, resold, demo or floor-model product

• No. Due to the differences in services being performed, DICK'S does not match retailers' service prices.
• This includes, but is not limited to delivery, installation, bike repairs, skate sharpening, warranties, and golf services.

• No. DICK'S does not match retailers' financing offers, or financing offers that differ between our stores and DICKS.com. But you can buy a product, get a price match, and still use our low- or no-interest financing plans on your original purchase.
• DICK'S also does not price match to a retailer's price that can only be received when using the retailer's credit card.

• This does not apply to backorders or pre-orders/pre-sale on a retailer's site. The qualifying retailer must have the item in stock and the ability to place an order for the item to be eligible for price matching.

• DICK'S matches the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a retailer's price.
• DICK'S Sporting Goods may run tests of the Best Price Guarantee in select locations and may amend the Best Price Guarantee price matching program at any time.

• DICK’S reserves the right to deny purchase and limit quantities for price matching. 

• Present the qualifying retailer's sales ad to a DICK'S Sporting Goods Teammate/Store Associate who will review the sales ad, and if qualified the Store Associate will execute the price match right at the register.
• If the price cannot be validated (all conditions), DICK’S may decline to price match.
• For print ads, the original ad must be provided, not a copy. For online ads, the URL to the offer must be provided so that we can verify the offer; a screenshot will not qualify as we cannot verify the online offer.

• When making a purchase, or during the allowable price match period of 14 days, please make your price match requests from the chat on DICKS.com.
• When you have the link to the eligible price ready, reach out to our team via chat and tell us about the lower price that you want DICK'S to match including the link to the eligible price.
• DICK'S Sporting Goods customer service will review, verify your price match request, and place the order on your behalf. Please note, a screenshot will not qualify as we cannot verify the online offer.
• NOTES: DICKS.com price match requests may also be made via phone by calling our customer service team, but are NOT able to be completed via email.

• No problem! You have 14 days from the date of purchase to take advantage of our price match program.
• For an in-store purchase, just bring your receipt and qualifying retailer's sales ad and a DICK'S Sporting Goods Teammate will review and verify the price match.
• For online purchases, contact customer service via chat or phone and have a live link/URL from a qualifying retailer ready to share! One of our teammates will review and verify the price match.
