I ’ m a 5 ’ 10 ”, 170lbs, 54 year old male with a marathon PR of 3: 15 and have been running marathons for 14 years. Ran my 20th marathon two weeks ago and nearly set a new PR! I bought the Metaspeed Sky a couple months out from my race and put roughly 40 miles on the shoes at race pace during training. Was really skeptical at first because the soles r so plush, but running, they r very responsive. Super light and almost feel unstable standing in them. However, running for me, at 7- 7: 30 min/mile pace, they were fantastic. After setting a PR 7 years ago, I nearly PR ’ d again with these shoes. I was less than 30 seconds shy. Fit for me was good. Snug in the heel and mid foot, just enough room in the toes. Looking forward to racing in these again.

I bought 4 pairs of these SB 2 between August and September of 2024. I run trails only..... Central Ca coastal hills/ mountains.... mtb trails, fire roads, no snow or mud. My bodyweight is 155lbs. I use each pair about once a week and the shoe, particularly the midsole, is n't breaking down or falling apart. If you are running on `` semi maintained `` mostly dirt trails, if you can deal with a higher stack shoe, and your feet work with the Asics lasts, you will find these Superblast 2s to be insanely fun, light weight, pedfecto cushioning, and insanely fast! Two quick and easy mods from me: Stock laces come out and replaced with 50 '' bubble laces. I remove the out of the box fore foot stiffness..... I initially tried manually flexing the fore foot to alleviate the stiffness- and this kind of helped, but I still wanted more flexibility for climbing. I ended up strapping the forefoot back on itself and left it this way for 4 to 6 weeks. This does n't break or hurt the foam, it creates a nice flex zone under the metatarsals= zero resistance for climbing. Generally: shoe is like a Novablast 3tr on steroids. Funner, faster, and lighter than Trabucos, MetaFuji, and Fuji Lites.( I 've bought and tried most Asics trail shoes over last 6 years). Upper is sublime, hardly any overlays and I 'm stuck to the midsole no matter what- generous toe box yet slimmed mid foot and heel. Really comfy with zero foot slop. Midsole.... too good to be true... slow easy pace to full on downhills- all super comfortable and no mush. Lastly, the outsole islands give me just enough grip on dry/damp trails..... I 'd love to see a Superblast TR with Metafuji tread!!!!!! The tounge..... minimally padded, no lace bite on downhills... tounge DOES NOT MOVE AROUND, no migration. This shoe smokes 95% of all trail shoes in the 2025 market. Asics, lets see a legit TR version.

I got these shoes in the neptune colorway and get lots of compliments when I wear them. They fit true to asics sizing. They are very comfortable to walk around in, not as good as real sneakers, but better than a lot of lifestyle ones. Like all asics, there's no arch support. The insole is n't removable, but I find a thin black superfeet support fits just fine without crowding. Adding the arch support on all my asics helps make them a lot easier on my feet.

At first I had some minor heel slip in the back, but I adjusted the laces and purchased high- end performance socks which remedied the issue enough to forget about it. ASICS used to have a great lightweight training shoe years ago and this looked simiar… not as light or breathable but I decided to try it out for functional training and weight lifting. It is very comfortable, stiff and looks good. I have used it for some plyometrics as well and jumping gives me no issues. I would recommend to use for training etc.

I then put on my dress shoes to serve as a minister until I can ’ t take these dress shoes anymore and put my ASICS for the rest of the day. Excellent shoe as I wear them for funerals as I am a Eucharist minister and give out communion plus carrying caskets to church gravesites. Very supportive in standing for long hours meeting and greeting family members. Excellent to wear for interment at gravesites as sometimes wet and also muddy and can just wipe off. Also great when at repast or reflection at someone ’s home just to relax and unwind. Finally to be able to drive home in comfort and leave the dress shoes in the trunk is a blessing in itself.

Surprisingly good running shoe. I ’ ve seen the Noosa Tri around for many years, always wild colors and patterns, always eye catching. I was always happy with whatever I was running in at the time and always thought…maybe next time. Well, next time finally came and I decided to give the Noosa Tri 16 a shot. Let ’s start with the fit…they ’ re a little on the snug side, I wear an 11 in everything and usually that works out just fine. The Noosa 16 fit more like a 10& 3/4 than an 11. Nonetheless they ’ ve become my brick workout shoes with no socks and I ’ m really happy with them in that capacity. These shoes excel at every distance I ’ ve tried them at from a short speed workout to a 13- 14mi easy pace day. They feel great for my midfoot strike, roll off the toe really nicely and the foam is amazingly smooth, soft, bouncy and comfortable. The upper breathes well and like I mentioned, 80% of my miles in these are barefoot and the liner of the shoe is soft, smooth and very comfortable.

These court shoes run narrow, I do not have narrow feet. I needed them for a tournament and had no time to exchange for wide, so I decided to wear them anyway and deal with them being tighter than optimal. They were comfortable anyway. I chose thin socks and have worn them to play pickle ball twice without a problem. I love how the look too. If I were to order them again, I would probably order the wide so I could wear my normal socks, but I think once they are really broken in, they will be fine.

These are very good, reliable shoes. My feet feel protected on impact with the ground in my stride for walking, but I wear these generally for playing tennis. I do still play tennis and I feel these are the best shoes for the game. I usually recommend these shoes, when asked for recommendations for the best tennis court shoe. I can move around the court quickly and efficiently, up or down the court or side to side. My feet feel supported. This is, perhaps, my 5th or 6th pair of ASICS. Great every day running shoe. Not built for racing but absolute cruiser that will take care of your legs. The dual layer foam setup is soft but stable while being very smooth. Not a lot of bounce but a lot of roll with a perfectly placed rocker. I believe the magic is in the rocker position and grade combined with the midsole setup. I was consumed with the Nova and Superblast so I didn ’ t try the first version. Probably a good thing. I ’ m surprised by just how much I like this shoe. My all time favorite every day trainer/ long run shoe.

These have been my go to shoes for the past 2 years! They are comfortable and I like the look of them. I wear them both walking and running and have never have issues with them. I also wear them to work, as a nurse I ’ m on my feet all day and I ’ ve chosen these shoes out of any other ones I ’ ve tried! They are pricey which is disappointing but it ’s been worth it!
