Perfect size and easy set up! Instant tents are amazing and there is no going back to pole tents for my family. The rain fly was a great quality but may be a tad difficult to put on for one person just because of height. The ONLY gripe I have is how it is next to impossible to get the tent back in the bag, but all tents have this issue. Id recommend not even trying and putting it in a different bag or wrap it in a tarp. Otherwise it is perfect!!

This is a Great product. I had no issues in setting this up. There is tension in the bars that hold up the tent but by not over forcing the extension of these bars it went up easy. I saw posts where others bent the bar but i suspect they were overly aggressive during set up By not rushing into it my tent was up quickly. As for 6 person, if small kids the ok but i am 71 and an air bed is a must. So plenty of room for myself and wife.

So easy to put up! Literally took a minute. Also, really big, but lots of activity space for our family inside. Poles seem really sturdy. Could totally have a tom Haverford set up, if that was your thing. Honestly could have gotten a smaller tent, but I guess I just got greedy. Our 3 year old and dogs loved hanging out in it. Plan on taking it camping this weekend. It is a little heavy packed up, kinda obvious, but if you ’ re a smaller person, you may need a buddy to help carry it.

Our new favorite piece of equipment. Heavy, but worth it. Got it up with the rain fly in less than 5 minutes, which is priceless when you have an on- the- go toddler that hates to be contained! Love the rings throughout the tent for hanging lights. It lets in a tremendous amount of airflow, and it feels like I can use the WHOLE tent with the straight sidewalls. It's nice that the guylines can unclip from the rainfly if you 're not using it and clip to the tent. And best of all, it's easy to get back into the bag without wrestling it like an alligator.

These has thoroughly impressed me so far, we ’ ve used this tent for several years on several annual camping trips now. Our tent survived the winds of a distant tornado that passed through our town. The wind flapped so fast it melted the fabric sleeves covering the joints and exposed some melted foam. The rain fly held on with extremely minor wear, otherwise perfect condition. Set up is so fast, poles are permanently placed, just extend and click into place. The top was confusing at first. Little front&# x27; porch&# x27; area is convenient, as are the pockets on the front outside wall. Stayed dry inside after rain showers- put a tarp on the ground and the tent on the tarp. When we packed up we were surprised with some water between tarp and tent- tent floor inside never got wet. The original bag expands and the tent, when folded up neatly, fit back in to the bag and the bag zipped up. A con- I wish the screen windows were bigger so more air could flow into tent. Otherwise I&# x27; m completely happy with the quality of the tent.

Not a bad tent size- wise, but it came with NO directions but for 3 very small steps( I mean, SMALL) on the outside of the tent zip bag. Overhead fly takes a while to figure out; you need to attach one of the bottom clips, then another, then drag the fly over the top and continue snapping the clipper tabs as you go until all 4 are in place at the 4 corners. I will be contacting the company this week to ask for directions on how to take it down easier, as the attached poles are difficult to fold up. This is in no way a one- minute set- up.

I bought this tent long before the pandemic and have taken it car camping 2- 3 times a year since. Everyone loves how these set up so fast, including me, but putting it away is a bit more work, just FYI. I have found that sort of rolling it up and leaning on it with your body weight at the end works. I do n't think I 'll ever go back to the traditional pole tent set up. Favorite part of this tent is the mesh ceiling. If the forecast is dry, you can leave the rainfly off and look at the stars. After about a dozen times camping, during a windstorm, one of the pole connections broke and we 've had to hobble together a solution, but we 've taken it camping still at least 4- 5 more times since. P. S. It's pretty waterproof, but you really need to stake it well for the rain to go where you want it to. Also, because of the slanted walls, you do n't want your air mattress touching the sides during the rain either.

It was so much fun buying this tent. All the features I need, and it delivers on all of them. Lights work great, set up in under 5 minutes. First night we had driving rain, hail, and strong Florida winds for several hours. Several Colman Weather- Tec tents in our camp allowed water inside, but my Core was dry as a bone.

It is weather tight and very roomy. The lights are great but don ’ t forget the batteries. I received the six- person tent yesterday. My husband and I unpacked it last night and set it up in about five minutes. We did not use the guidelines but staked it. I wanted to try it out, so I slept in it overnight. During the night, the wind picked up, and the only thing I noticed is we must not have had the sides tightened up enough because the wind kept slapping the sides of the tent, which you heard much of the night. [ I recently had the pleasure of using this fantastic 6- person tent on a camping trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although it ’s labeled for six people, it comfortably fits four with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, but that ’s common for tents and I expected that going in and in a survival scenario you probably could squeeze six in there. The black- out interior is really nice as it provides a perfectly dark environment for a restful night ’s sleep, even if the sun is still out as can be common during the mid- summer evenings. I thought the interior would be hotter being mostly black, but it actually wasn ’ t bad. Regardless we were camping during the summer, so we opened the air flow flaps that still have a mesh covering to keep out bugs but allow for additional cooling. What truly impressed me was the ease of setup. I was skeptical of the 60- second advertisement for setup, but I actually had the tent pitched and ready in under 60 seconds, which made settling in a breeze and left more time for enjoying our surroundings. The design is intuitive and straightforward, making it ideal for anyone new to the outdoors. I will say that it is bulky, so there would not be a way to take it on a backpacking trip, but it is great for and really shines at a campground site. It ’s in a long bulky bag, so it might be a little difficult to pack in the car with camping equipment. Overall, this tent combines comfort and convenience in one nice package.

Just took this tent camping for the first time. I thought the blockout technology was going to be a gimmick... BOY WAS I WRONG. it was so dark i literally had to have a flashlight to go into my tent. really enjoyed camping in it. it was easy to setup, easy to pull down. lots of space inside. came with a center divider that was not see through. 2 doors on the `` front '' and one on the `` back ''. I 'm going to be completely honest. I went camping one time and it rained so long and so hard that my tent literally flooded inside to 2 1/2 inches of water. I really would love to be able to buy a full rainfly for this tent to make me completely satisfied. I 'm always skeptical of `` water resistant '' tents. Other than that, this tent rocks and i actually want the larger 12 person or 3 section cabin tent with blockout tech. i think my only gripe is that it does n't have a door matt with it. but that is not always a bad thing, and i understand that. PLEASE LET ME BUY A FULL RAINFLY FOR THIS!

Used for the 4th of July holiday. It was 114 degrees out all 4 days. The tent worked out great. We were able to sleep in until around 8 am because it stays so dark but of course it got hot inside with the extreme temps. Any tent would. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. [ Very nice tent and very easy to set up even with one person. Purchased sometime ago a 4 person Core tent and have been very satisfied with it as well. Have not used the new 10' x 9' tent as of yet due to current winter season. Can not really see difference in material between two tents. Advertisement states a heavier tent material for the 10'x9' model, I hope so. Again the set up is extremely easy and fast even for one person. Wanted to make sure because I often take with me on a solo fishing trip in early March and just wanted to make sure there would be no hassle in setting the tent up. Lots of ventilation ports at the base in a huge area under the rain fly for ventilation including the screens in door and sides which are ideal for the 90+ degree temp we have during the summer months. Great height for this straight wall tent more than 6 feet and center. Will add further comments after first couple of use of the new tent which I am looking forward to as the spring come around. I recommend this tent. The Core company I believes will stand by their products and not disappear overnight as so many in this line of products. Their reputation appears to be very solid.

This tent is AMAZING. I was able to put the tent up by myself. The directions were clear and attached to inside the bag. The material is thicker than the normal tents. Take down went great and everything went inside the bag, with extra room no less! For the price, I am very impressed with this tent and would definitely recommend it. I would say it sleeps about 4 people if you are using cots or blow up mattresses. 6 if you are using mats.

We bought this and used it a couple of weeks ago when we went camping. It was great! It was a nice upgrade from our short two person tent. We were able to fit a two person cot in here and also stand up, have room to change, etc. It lightly rained when we were camping and it stayed dry and held up. We haven ’ t tested it out with heavy rain, so the jury ’s out on that. We can ’ t wait to go camping with this again!

[ I purchased this tent for my teen age daughter. She likes to camp and her old tent was just worn out and not worth repairing. So far we have been lucky and have not experienced any severe weather so i can not attest to how this tent holds up in the wind or rain. Its sets up quickly and looks to be very sturdy. The rain fly is good and large. I like that the screens on the sides of the tent are well above the ground. This should prevent wind blown rain for making its way in like it does on tents where the screen is lower to the ground. The top vents zipper closed but i have to wonder if there is still not a chance of wind blown rain entering at the top of the tent. I guess we will just have to wait and see. The zippers work very well. The tent is very roomy for a two person tent. So far my only suggestions for improvement are to make the compression straps on the bag go all the way around the bag so they are not dependent on the stitching and add a carry handle. Other than that I am very satisfied so far.

[ We purchased this tent after our lovely loyal LLBEAN 3 person needed to retire. It ’s a great design, lots of headroom, handy inner pockets and loops, helpful colour coding. For some reason there was a leak happening during our first 2 outings. I reached out and true to their work a replacement fly was sent.
