Bought this new unit about a month ago and performs to our expectations. Very robust, can handle a myriad of bike types, easy to install and remove, and updated design features are excellent. A wee bit heavy, but the built in wheels help a lot when moving it about. Definite recommend.

We bought this five years ago and have loved it every day, but especially today! I got into a bad fender bender and I swear this bike rack is the reason my car is totally fine. A mid sized SUV hit me from behind( going fairly fast) and my car does not have one scratch, and both bikes on the rack are unscathed. The rack itself took the brunt of it all, but we are immediately replacing it with insurance. LOVE THIS BIKE RACK.
