originally bought this in the medium dd- f size but it was a real squeeze on my back and so I traded up to a large dd- f size. I 've lost a lot of weight and sizing is difficult for me to figure out. but for reference, I currently wear a US band size 38 and depending on the bra, a D/DD/E cup. I have really dense breasts? weird to write out, but they have heft. my sports bras have to do work for me to workout without worry. I love the bra closure in the back, the cups do n't have weird removable things that fold, the straps are adjustable and padded, and the bra provides excellent support. I lift weights with a trainer and besides dumbbells, kettlebells and Olympic bar stuff, there's plenty of exercises I do with stepping up, jumping, planks, etc. where a bad bra could really make you pause in the workout. not this one. I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I especially appreciated the wide elastic bottom hem strap; it was both comfortable and added extra support. An unpadded sports bra that is actually supportive and doesn ’ t feel restrictive is hard to find! I wouldn ’ t change a thing!

[ Love this sports bra! It ’s a very comfortable fit and texture. The straps are fashionable so I always make sure to wear it with a sheer workout top to show it off. The also provides enough support for my 32C ’s. I ’ ve run, done reformer Pilates, and strength trained in this bra comfortably. Definitely will be getting more!

[ This sports bra was surprisingly comfortable. It washed and dried super easily, with minimal to no shrinking. The materials are very soft and I felt like the straps provided comfortable support. The sizing was perfect and I could seriously wear this all day. It stays in place during my yoga sessions and did n't shift much at all.

[ I recently wore the Nike Pro Women ’s Light- Support Non- Padded Sports Bra during a cycle workout and yoga session, and I was impressed with its performance! Fit& Feel: The fit was comfortable and snug in all the right places, allowing me to move freely without feeling restricted. It provided just the right amount of support for low- impact activities like cycling and yoga. Design: I absolutely love the bold Nike statement on the design! The crisscross straps not only add a stylish, athletic look but also contribute to the overall support. Fabric: The soft, sweat- wicking fabric kept me feeling dry and comfortable throughout my workout. The breathability was definitely a highlight. Overall, this is a great sports bra for cycling, yoga, and strength training—just keep in mind that it ’s light support, so it may not work for higher- impact activities. If Nike adds adjustable straps for a more customizable fit, it would be perfect!

This bra is so flattering and comfortable that I came back to order more! It is lightly lined, but thankfully not ‘ padded ’ as the description says. I am not sure why Nike and so many other brands feel the need to put pads in sports bras now- it is frustrating to find only one or two options in their entire inventory that come without padding. I don ’ t want or need extra fabric when I ’ m hot and sweating, and really don ’ t see a need to ‘ embellish ’ my chest when I ’ m working out?! Nike- please add more in padded sports bras like this one to your roster!!!
