So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

I am a natural 32DDD in regular bras. I have searched high and low for a sports bra that is comfortable, provides adequate coverage and keeps me locked in while running. Not to mention this is a cute looking bra! After several flops with other brands, I finally happened across the UpHold and it's everything I 've been looking for! I purchased both the S and M. I prefer the S for high impact workouts( yes, it's categorized as a medium impact bra but it's far more supportive than some of Brooks actual high impact bras) but the M would work in a pinch. With either size there is NO spilling out( huge problem for girls my size!) and the ladies are locked in place without creating an unflattering uniboob! Please bring these back! I never want to have to find another dream bra! Some reviewers commented that this bra is tricky to put on. They 're totally right. Hooking this thing once it's on takes a feat of flexibility, a lot of twisting, turning and hopping and a miracle to boot. After about 15 minutes of trying to get it hooked, I finally succeeded and vowed never to try that again. Now I simply hook it before pulling it on and just lift the girls into place.

This is my new favorite running bra! I do need to adjust the shoulder straps to their tightest setting for optimal support, but once I do, it holds everything in place. My only complaint is every time I wash the sports bra the padded inserts come out and I have to maneuver them back in. I prefer to have them in versus out, or else I would probably throw them out. [ Recently I added the Plunge Sports Bra to my workout clothing options and I 've quickly began to reach for it first when available. I 've been impressed with it's ability to provide the level of support that I need but also be comfortable to wear even when I 'm not working out. The color I have is a bright red and has multiple straps that go across the back. The plunge is subtle and does n't expose a lot but allows for some airflow to keep me a bit cooler while I run. The bras fabric feels nice on the skin and I 've not experience any chafing or irritation when in use or afterwards. While training or running I 'm not having to adjust as the garment stays in place from when I first put it on. The bra does have stitched in modesty padding that I do n't have to adjust when I have it on but can get a bit twisted when washing. Not a difficult fix though since access to them is available through a slot on the sides. Initially the size felt a bit small but as I wore it more it got easier to put on without sacrificing the support desired. Washing has n't dulled the color and the feel continues to remain the same as the first time I wore it. I 'm thrilled to have this in my rotation and will continue to use it as my go to Sports Bra and at times wear even when not training. Ca n't recommend this item enough for it's comfort, support and styling.

[ The Alate longline is an incredible product! I went from wearing regular bras to tossing them all out! Whether it ’s all day wear or a workout, this bra is so comfortable and supportive! I love the longline as it hides the little extra fluff. The adjustable straps are amazing also! I recently wore it on a super long run 14 miles and there ’s no chafing, the straps didn ’ t fall down and I wasn ’ t hot! There ’s little holes to help with airflow which are amazing if you sweat a lot like me. I also wore it all day at work and it just moves with your body! I work with children so I don ’ t get to sit much and I can even tell I have a bra on. It ’s super lightweight and breathable! I will be buying this in all the colors!!!

The fit is incredibly comfortable — snug without feeling too tight, and it moves naturally with my body. The longline design offers great additional coverage and feels very secure during high- movement activities. The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

[ As a new workout girly, I was looking for a sports bra that was not only comfortable but moved with me during my dance fitness classes. Also, one that didn ’ t have me dripping in sweat. This sports bra exceeded my expectations! The fit was perfect and the material is so soft. It moves well with my body. Everything stays in place and the pads offer the right amount of cushion. The design of the bra hugs your body where needed but is not restrictive when moving. The dri- FIT technology helped me stay dry and moved the sweat away from my skin, which I liked the most. I am not a fan of being sweaty. The material was my favorite because it allows my upper body to breathe and move during rigorous workout sessions. I did have a few issues with the band rolling up but I attribute this to my body type. Other than that, this sports bra performed well and is just the addition I was looking for to add to my workout routine!
