Needing lots of hydration while golfing in FL and KY; got this cooler and it hasn’t let me down yet. 6 rounds of golf and my drinks( water bottles- some with iced tea) have been kept cold over the typical 3. 5 to 4 hr rounds. The insulation on this cooler bag is first class! I usually put a plastic ice block in the cooler and it works great. Our first camping trip this spring for 5 days. The label says 6 days. Temps were high in low 70's, lows in the 40's. And we came home with ice. Great job. I froze about 15 pounds of meat in ziplocks, and placed in plastic cereal boxed shaped containers. and put two gallons of frozen ice jugs. With about 24 cans and condiments. We came home with a golf ball sized ice cube in the gallon jugs, and cold meat! One more gallon of ice and it would have made 6 days, no doubt. This is the best way to not have a cooler full of melted ice and your food swimming???

Outstanding! Purchased the ICF 18 a month ago and used for 8 days straight without any problem. We found our perfect temp was 34 degrees. This cooler was spot on with the temperature although the smaller compartment above the compressor was just a few degrees higher. We opted to use that area for soda cans and items that weren ’ t as sensitive to temperature. The main area kept things really cold. I used a refrigerator thermometer before our trip and felt the internal thermometer was spot on within a degree or two. For longer trips or families the 32( size wise might be better), but we are happy with our choice! The unit was powered with a portable power supply that kept our Igloo running all day while driving with power to spare! To be fair, the Igloo was in a climate controlled car nearly all the time. Hope this helps and we would highly recommend the Igloo ICF 18. It is also very quiet as someone else mentioned. The cooler( fully loaded) was also manageable for a couple of seniors to lift in and out of our car. Good job and Thank you Igloo!!!

If you love cold drinks driving to hot states in the summer or any time this is a great cooler that will do the job. This is highly recommended as opposed to thermoelectric coolers if you need to travel with medication that must be at a certain temperature. The only drawback is that all compressor coolers are heaver by design. The bail handle seems strong enough by design to handle to full weight of the cooler. Where the bail handle attaches to both sides of the cooler body, this is why I gave this cooler 4 stars. It seems to be loose fitting and flimsy at the ends. The handles will just fall down to the sides when let go. The cooling and holding temperature work as designed and the compressor will stay off for about an hour to cool again at the set temp.( 42' F). I recommend the cooler, wish the price was less, great overall satisfaction.

I have no concerns about this being able to float around in the lake with us or even in a pool on a hot summer day. Bought one with a build date of dec 2023 and one of the compartments did not seal properly. Returned it and bought a unit with a build date of February 2024. This one seals properly and cools both sections down at the same rate. On a river 2 pro I got about 70 hours of runtime from 98 to 0. Both sections set to 30 degrees, this lines up with other power consumption tests of other domestic fridges showing an average of 11wh usage per hour. You can double check to make sure your unit is sealing properly by placing a bright light inside and then closing the door, if you see light coming through then it is not sealing properly

[ This thing is great! It's got a little weight to it empty but still less than a traditional cooler and the straps make it way easier to carry. You can see in the photos I put a 12 pack in there and it does n't look like there's room for a second so skeptical of the 24 can capacity. It's well insulated so you probably do n't need much ice or any if your stuff is already cold. Plus it comes with a bottle opener attached to it which is super convenient. I would definitely consider this over a standard cooler next time I was looking to purchase

This is a really sturdy cooler. The insulation is SO GOOD and keeps things cold all day long. I really love the magnetic closure because it ’s easy to access your drinks/snacks, but keeps the cooler sealed really well. It comes with a padded shoulder carrying strap and a built in bottle opener. What more could you want? [ I love everything about this backpack cooler. Not only does it fit just the right amount of beverages I need and keeps them cold for up to 3 days, it is also very comfortable to carry. The waterproof zipper,( which is a little hard to use at first but they do provide a lubricant for it) keeps the cold air in. If you do n't want to use the zipper, the top lid seals magnetically and most of the time closes on its own. It has a front pocket for personal belongings. It has two side mesh pockets for extras, along with a built- in bottle opener. The back of it is padded as well as the straps. There is also a chest clip, adding extra security and comfort. I was looking for a small cooler for little day trips and things and of course the sticker shock of the yetis was enough to make your head spin.$ 200 and they are n't even made stateside. Took a stroll down the igloo aisle because it was more of my budget and was surprised to see that they were actually made in USA! The cooler itself is great, it's small and easy to bring with you, but big enough that you can still load a decent amount of stuff in it and whether you use ice or the igloo freezer blocks, it does a great job of keeping things cold for a reasonable amount of time. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend this cooler for small day trips or if you need a lunch box. If you are like a construction worker or a truck driver or something it's perfect for that sort of thing.

I also had no cold waters so those were room temperature. The cooler was in my car during the heat and outside in a garage when it was above 80 degrees. The waters were cold when I went to get them out. The ice packs were still frozen solid. It had been at least 10- 12 hours. I ’ m sure it would be even better if we had ice. [ I have used the Coleman Pro 45 Quart Cooler a few times now, and I am really happy with it. It is sturdy, holds a good amount, and keeps everything cold for days, which was perfect during a long weekend camping trip. The stainless steel latch is super easy to open with one hand, and the extra wide drain plug makes cleanup quick. The handles feel strong and comfortable to carry, and I love that it can double as a seat when you are short on chairs. It just feels well made overall. Definitely a cooler that is built to last and actually makes outdoor stuff easier.

[ My only complaint is no wheels, other than that this cooler is amazing. Nice sturdy handles for two person carry. There's also a lip dip to pick it up with. It can hold about 3 twelve packs. It's still too early to summer heat test it, but for now ice is remaining steady for 3 days. For me it's making a great pool side cooler. It comes with care instructions. And the side drain is huge with A screw on cap.

[ Wow! So so impressed by this cooler 😎 It's super spacious and if the power goes out, I 'm confident it would hold the contents of our freezer. It had sturdy handles on the side that make it portable. I do wish it had some wheels though. But no biggie! I can tell it will be easy to clean because there are no hidden cracks or spaces. And I love the color! This will definitely get used this summer!

This has to be my favorite cooler! It ’s so compact and easy to travel with! It fits soooo much! And I ’ m shocked at how cool it keeps ice, it ’s been a week since i used it and the ice is still inside! This cooler is a must for every occasion!

These coolers are great. I have a 36 and an 18 can. The magnetic climakeep is fantastic. The magnet seems much stronger on the 18 I bought last year but the 36 is still sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

I put a 12 pack of Cokes, lunchmeat, and condiments in it and there was still tons more room! I also love that it has outside pockets with zippers that you can store other items in. When they say it keeps things cold they mean it!! Not one piece of ice melted all day! It also is waterproof so you can take it in the lake/ocean and your items don ’ t get wet. I also think that it ’s a cute style of cooler that looks good while also being durable and does its job above and beyond! Highly recommended!

[ This is an incrediblely well made cooler. Not only is a great size, it keeps things extremely cold. I left it outside one day to cool it down and then threw in some ice packs and food and it kept the food extremely cold for a long time. The quality of this cooler is extremely durable and seems super easy to clean. My only request for the future on an item this size would be to include backpack straps. Right now it does come with a carrying strap but having it in backpack form would be even better!
