I got these pants in anticipation of starting a season of trail work. They held up through an entire season of rock work, which was pretty impressive. The material was relatively breathable for being so durable. These are good quality pants. I did return them, but only because I did n't realize they were flared at the bottom and that's not what I was personally looking for. Other than that I really liked them. I also usually wear large in nike shorts, but I have found multiple Nike pants fit me better in medium. I 'm not sure what's going on with Nikes sizing recently.

They 're flexible and keep my legs protected from scrapes. They also keep my legs warm outside while I walk to the climbing gym in the winter. Maybe you are starting activities early in the morning when it's cold but will be out as it gets hot and want to remove the legs of your pants to have shorts instead. Or perhaps you are hiking and going up a mountain and know it will get much colder as you proceed, and will want to change from shorts to pants. These are comfy for any such activities. My only complaint is that I think these run a bit small. I wear a medium in most pants and shorts( including shorts from Marmot), but these are pretty tight on my curvier butt and legs.

Took these on a trip around the Colorado four pass loop. As is typical, we got caught in an afternoon storm at 10, 000 feet and suited up. Pants kept us dry from the rain and wete sufficiently breathable for 2 hours of rainy hiking. They are definitely pants to put on BEFORE it rains because the ankle zips do n't accommodate footwear too well. But I knew that going in. Zippers are fail points for waters so we elected to minimize the water ingress points. Tl; dr kept us dry. Breathed well for intense, medium duration active wear

The ski pants is true to the size for very slim fit; I 'm 5'11 '', 140lbs, and I can fit a medium weight base layer legging into M size( if you stature is about the same, do n't go for L, it 'll be way too loose, almost like regular/goofy fit). The material is also fairly stretchy, unlike some more waterproof/hardcore surface. It's not insulated with down/etc. but it has an inner fleece and is relatively warm. The design is really good, if you are looking for something flattering and can show off your leg.

I love the fit on these pants! I am a size 6- 8 and the M fits perfect! I like them more snug because they are more flattering& I do not feel like a marshmallow. These are warmer than my North Face snoga pant and just as flattering. I can wear a think wool layer underneath on cold days. I find Roxy brand to run on the smaller size, so size up if you are unsure. I would say they are a juniors sizing not ladies. I personally like the high waist& elastic waistband for curvy figures- it keeps the snow out if you take a tumble.

[ I 'm certain these are the nicest leggings I 've ever worn. My initial reaction to them was realizing that they are incredibly soft and smooth to the touch. The material is light- weight. The nylon/spandex dri- fit material is unlike anything I 've ever worn. When trying them on, I was a little nervous the fit would be too tight. I am a curvy 8/10 in bottoms and the medium fits perfectly. As you slide the leggings on, you realize these have an amazing level of support. The leggings feature a comfortable mid- rise waistband that has an additional flat drawstring that can be used to further adjust the fit. I did n't have to adjust mine, so it laid comfortable against my belly. The leggings are so sleek, you may miss the 3 hidden pockets along the inner backside of the waistband. There are two small ones and a larger one in the middle. The leggings also feature a deeper side pocket on each leg and a single zipper pocket on the left leg. That's 6 pockets in total for maximum storage while remaining sleek in design. Lastly, the leggings feature a single Nike swoosh on the top, front side of the leggings. Overall, the design seems simple but a lot of thought went into constructing this masterpiece. These are perfect for hitting a trail or even running errands. I love the storage and the support. I would wear these everyday if I could. My only complaint is the drawstring since I do n't have a need for it.
