I 've read a couple reviews on this product. Some of which were negative. The only negative i have is the instruction manual that comes with it. Anyone with limited mechanical skills or lack ability to follow directions should be able to tackle assembly in a few hours. My suggestion to those people i described is lay out the pieces and get familiar with them. Take your time and follow the diagrams. Those people with a vast knowledge of how to assemble something, this project will take you 25, 30 minutes tops to assembly. Those people that gave negative reviews are not very intelligent or people that complain about being alive. For$ 100 this product is very very nice. I have many pieces of exercise equipment in my home. This compared to some of the more expensive pieces ive purchased in the past from various sources is on par with all of them. Great weight bench. I think the adjustable bench is really underrated. Of course you can work your chest,( incline, flat, or decline), but to be able to put it in an up- right position is invaluable to me. I do my dumbbell shoulder presses, incline bicep curls, and use it to stabilize myself when doing one armed shoulder laterals. As for the leg attachments, the hamstring curl works good, but when I do leg extensions... I do n't know. It just seems like no matter how much weight I put on, I could lift it with strange ease. I know for a fact I ca n't do 95lbs on legs extensions, but, whatever... I 'll figure it out. By the way, by myself, it took me only an hour and a half to set this bench up. So... if your looking for more than `` just a bench, '' then this is a great buy.

I 've had this bench for close to 3 years and have no complaints about the bench. I use it for incline, flat and decline and it has worked perfectly. The leg attachment does n't work that great for me because I 'm 6' 1 '' so my feet end up hitting the ground but the bench part is great. Easy to lower and raise the bar holding part of the bench. Would definitely recommend this product.

The reason i give it a good rating is due to the fact the bench pad was tore at the top and a warning sticker was missing. I had to call the manufacture who is sending me a new bench pad and sticker. My thoughts are for the price of this bench it should not have been shipped damaged.

Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

The bench is well built and easy to put together. But as a 5' 4 '' female, it is too far off the ground. I ca n't reach the floor. I also ca n't use the leg extension. Perfect for someone around 6' tall.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.
