Instructions for assembly were simple and straight forward. I appreciated the hardware bags were labeled by step corresponding to the assembly directions. Simple two man assembly can be don in 90 minutes. I added the side kick pizza oven and sear box which work incredibly well. The pizza oven will get as hot as you need to make a crispy personal pizza. Great packaging job however the sides of the grill suffered small dents on each side. These dents will not affect performance of grill. The hopper was also dented enough that the grate would not fit. I took a soft blow hammer and banged out the dent. My biggest gripe was it is not depicted or stated how and where to store excess wire for the temperature probe? Assembly was easy, I like how the bags of hardware were labeled by step. This helped make assembly a breeze. Definitely a two man job and the only tool need was a Phillips screwdriver.

I have used this two dozen times, and it works really well. I am glad that they added the door because it helps them cook a lot faster. One tip I learned early on is to make sure to let it pre- heat for the best results, I usually like 500 degrees. One thing I should note is that when I was looking at purchasing this, I contacted CC to see if this would work on my cache cooker( a camp chef product from the 90s or so) and they all said that it would not. I am glad to report that it does, so if you have one of those, you are good to buy it.

In my opinion this is the best Coleman Stove. The clicking igniter is more durable than the push button type and it does n't move the whole stove when trying to lite- up. This will work well for you, if you realize how to use Cast Iron. It will heat slowly with the first pie and then probably burn if you do n't pay close attention. After that they will come out of the fire perfectly toasted and fairly fast. We had one as kids for camping with our family. It lasted over 40 years and one of my siblings has it now. I bought one for our family, so we could enjoy the same memories! Not very expensive either!

I purchased. BB30 BBQ for my Pro 60 14 ” stove. After purchase I found that the BBQ would not close completely with the pizza stone inserted in the BBQ. The two tabs that secure the BBQ grate during transport provide an interference with the pizza stone. Without modification of the tabs, these two items are not compatible with one another. The fit is good, but it could be a tiny bit longer. It seems to sit an inch or so above the grill legs. If you use the velcro to secure it, even as loosely as they will go, it will ride up even higher. The velcro straps could also be a bit longer to avoid the cover riding up. If it rains, there's a good chance that the bottom shelf will still have a bunch of water on it. I 'm unsure what the straps and buckles are for on the top( they are not pictured on the site), if I connected those it would be even shorter. I 'm guessing they are for smaller grills, but not necessary on the WW Pro 24.

I 've been having problems with stock grease catcher that came with my griddle. If it's not installed correctly, the grease runs down the rod and drips on the ground or if it's windy, the paper cup blows out of the holder or the dripping grease misses the cup. Plus it obstructs the drain hole in the griddle. Not so with this grease cup. Installs easily. It can be positioned where you need it and it's closer to the bottom of the griddle so the wind can not affect the dripping grease as much. Long honest review here and I want to start this review off with this is my very first full sized griddle. I have always just used the Camp Chef Sidekick Griddle on the Woodwind Smoker. Before buying I put in my time researching and looking at reviews and I am so happy I went with The Gridiron 36. This thing is sturdy, easy to use, and just looks badass. I am about 2 months in and keep saying I ’ m glad I stuck with Camp Chef equipment. First it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together. Everything about it is fantastic. The lid is awesome and love how it ’s connected for easy on and off. The four burners and ignition is great and have not had a single issue. Extremely quiet when I turn it on. The shelves on the side are useful for everyday cooking and yes the one above the propane tank doesn ’ t fold down but that ’s okay I don ’ t fold them down to begin with even with the cover. Grease management is a breeze and love that it ’s in the front and easy access from underneath. I have the cover and griddle mat which I strongly suggest. IF you want some kind of critique or one thing I wish was different. I wish the line for the propane was not directly up front and in the rear, kind of hidden, but that ’s purely cosmetic and does not affect a thing. I ’ m over it already. My buddies have a popular competitor griddle and it just looks small and not as well built as the Gridiron 36. Next up is buying some of the magnetic attachments. After every cook I think I verbally say to my wife I ’ m glad I chose Camp Chef again!

If you are looking for a quality enameled steel camping set this is a great buy for the price. I purchased the Pioneer Camp Set in blue and additional pieces over a year and half ago. My husband and I have used the set multiple times with no issues. We use ours on a 2 burner propane stove top and have not experienced any issues with overheating of the enamel finish. Each burners independently controlled and put out full heat range. Easy to clean. It is pretty large, will accommodate larger pans or griddle. [ We have have now owned these units for 3+ years. Very portable, easy to setup/ breakdown, stable. Surface gets dirty easily and needs a little elbow grease to keep clean, but that is the only slightly negative observation I have had. We use for tailgating and putting up food tables for our children ’s sporting events. Works so well be bought a second so my wife and I do not argue over who gets the table when the children have conflicting tournaments. Use it to hold a Blackstone 22 ” tabletop with no issues.

I purchased the Everest 2X based on feedback from other trip leaders in my non profit group. This stove works great for fast cooking for a group and our organization is using these stoves to replace Coleman stoves. The stove goes through propane faster than Coleman stoves however so bring plenty of fuel if cooking for a group in the field. Stove is easy to set up, light and sturdy in windy conditions. So far it is everything I could want in a camp stove, looking forward to using it on upcoming trips.

Our town in NH only allows fires of out size to be cooking fires before 5 pm. We decided to start cooking breakfast over the fire. We use this with a cast iron skillet and griddle to make all sorts of breakfast foods. This fits perfect over our fire pit and works exactly as expected. We do store it in the garage so it does not rust. I have noticed some warping due to the high heat but that hasn ’ t ruined the product for what we use it for.
