Super easy assembly and set up. Looks to be very high quality. Treadmill is very smooth and quiet! I use it mainly for walking as I 'm not much of a runner. When I do run, I normally run at 45 to 50 miles per hour so this treadmill would probably burn up at those speeds. I 'll just run outside if I want to, but not during fire season as I would hate to create a high speed spark and start a fire.

It was rather easy to assemble by myself and only took about an hour and half to put together. Just take time to read instructions completely before beginning assembly. I 've had the watch for about three weeks now. It is replacing a beloved Forerunner 736xt. The only thing I do n't love is that the screen stays dark until you move your arm to look at it. Then there is a fraction of a second lag that's a tiny bit annoying. That is vastly outweighed by all the things I love about it:-- it is SUPER customizable. The main face can be customized using 10- 20 starter formats, with customizable fields within each face, with customizable colors.-- there's a compass, altimeter, and barometer!!-- there's easily accessible alarms/timer/stopwatch-- You can add and remove types of workouts, so I added SUP, and removed a few others-- same as before you can control the format and fields of the data screens for each workout-- there's a new `` widget '' screen that allows you have up to 10 shortcuts to your favorite features like history, alarms, compass, lock-- unlocking the watch is easier( press- hold any button)-- my primary use for the watch is open water swimming in Lake Michigan. I bought these 3 weeks ago, as the gym I joined required full fingered gloves. Was hoping Harbinger made some, but they didnt. I was told I could use baseball batting gloves too, but I wanted something more fitness oriented. The fingertip `` swipe pads '' I thought were a joke, until i actually used them. I suggest trying them on before buying, I ended up buying a smaller size than i thought for a more snug fit. and the padding in the palms and materials are good.
