Super easy assembly and set up. Looks to be very high quality. Treadmill is very smooth and quiet! I use it mainly for walking as I 'm not much of a runner. When I do run, I normally run at 45 to 50 miles per hour so this treadmill would probably burn up at those speeds. I 'll just run outside if I want to, but not during fire season as I would hate to create a high speed spark and start a fire.

I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. Wife and I use this treadmill for walking exercise so really ca n't review it for running, but for us it is the perfect home exercise equipment. It was rather easy to assemble by myself and only took about an hour and half to put together. Just take time to read instructions completely before beginning assembly. Our last treadmill lasted for over 15 years and hopefully with proper maintenance and care, this one will too.

I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. these are great for a good pool work out. they are a bit `` heavy ''( more floatation) but you can use slower movements or keep them more shallow for less of resistance, and move them faster or push them further under water( or do both actions at the same time) for more resistance. they seem to be holding up well so far but I have not had them for very long. hopefully they will continue to hold up in my 3 times a week hour long pool class at the gym.

I bought these 3 weeks ago, as the gym I joined required full fingered gloves. Was hoping Harbinger made some, but they didnt. I was told I could use baseball batting gloves too, but I wanted something more fitness oriented. The fingertip `` swipe pads '' I thought were a joke, until i actually used them. I suggest trying them on before buying, I ended up buying a smaller size than i thought for a more snug fit. and the padding in the palms and materials are good.
