These are great duffel bags! I ordered the red, green, and white ones. I ordered the small size, because I just need it for daily trips to the YMCA f and maybe for a day or two trip here or there. It will hold a pair of shoes and a basketball, my swimming gear, and a change of clothes no problem. I debated between buying this bag and another `` cuter '' mesh bag made by Carrie Underwood's Calia brand. I 'm so glad I chose this one. I can fit everything I need in here with room to spare. I usually take a couple of wet bags, a swim snorkel, 2 large towels, and another medium storage bag with sunscreens and my other swim gear( caps, ear plugs, nose clips, etc.). If I 'm swimming at the gym, I can also fit my gym gear in this bag! I 've also used it for toting yoga props like a bolster, blanket, blocks, and a strap to the yoga studio. It's not a `` structured '' bag so you can fit a lot in it but also collapse it to fit in a locker or cubby easily. The mesh construction is lightweight and non- bulky, and it lets your gear breathe so you avoid any funky odors. The long strap allows you to carry it crossbody or just throw it on your shoulder. A little background- back in July, I started on my weight loss journey. Even though I was going to the gym 2- 3 times a day and working full time, I would often use a reusable grocery bag to hold my gear. In September, I hit my goal of 25 pounds and treated myself to a new bag. I needed a bag that: 1. Did n't look like a gym bag. I did n't want a duffle look since I had to take this with me into work as well 2. Was big enough to actually fit clothes. Some days I would have two pairs of shoes, a swimming suit, towel, hoodie and regular clothes in addition to the gym clothes I was already wearing. 3. Had different compartments to hide my valuables. I put my wallet in my bag rather than bring a purse, so I needed a way to keep them safe as well. I did a lot of research, and I found this bag. The price was right, but it was online only. I had some concerns if it would be as big as I needed. Well, it turns out that it surpassed my expectations! This has been the best bag I could have asked for. It can handle all my needs and then some. I use the front pocket for toiletries, middle pocket for my wallet and the big pocket for my clothes/water bottle. My keys and phone go in a side pocket, and I 've had no issues. The best part is how easy it is to carry. I 've found with duffles or other bags that I would throw it on a shoulder that would then fall off. With this, I have no issues. It's so easy to adjust and throw on( or into the car). AND it does n't look super obvious at work that I 'm working out. So while there are a lot of reviews for this bag from student athletes, it gets a thumbs up from an adult gym rat too!
