I bought these to use with my road bike, which has a cushioned but very narrow seat. If I go for a ride longer than 45 minutes, I usually am sore along my pubic bone. These shorts helped a lot with my 2 hour bike ride this weekend—no discomfort at all! I was also pleased with the fit. I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ”, 160lbs with most of the weight carried in my thighs, so I often have trouble finding shorts that don ’ t squeeze too much and don ’ t ride up. These were long enough that they grabbed my thigh at the narrowest part by the knee, and didn ’ t ride up because of the nonslip band around the leg opening. These have a mid rise, which is not what I normally go for because I ’ m afraid they will fall down, but these stayed put! I got a size M for reference.

I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. [ I bought these a month ago and I 've worn them almost every day since then for rides between 30 and 80 miles. They are very comfortable and the stiffness of the sole has eliminated some plantar pain I was developing with my old shoes. The only objection is that the velcro straps are just barely long enough( I have wide feet). The shoes fit my feet well enough but only with thin liner socks- I 'm not sure these will work well for cold weather rides given my wide feet( and need for thicker socks).

I love the simplicity and functionality of this dress. I havent worn it outside yet because its been freezing but, I 'm planning on wearing it to run errands and walk my dogs once the weather is nice out! This is a super cute dress that is made with great quality! The first thing I noticed is that the material was thick and felt great to the touch. It should hold up through many wears and washes. When I put it on, it hugged my body and felt comfortably compressive. It has a good stretch to it but doesn ’ t feel like it would lose that stretch over time. There is no zipper and shorts are built in, but it wasn ’ t difficult to pull on. The sizing was perfect, but if you don ’ t want it overly tight I would suggest sizing up. I normally wear an XSmall and am a 32A, 25 ” waist, and 33 ” hip. It fit a little tight on the top and perfect in the waist and hips. The skirt hit at the appropriate length to give coverage and it wasn ’ t too long either. There is a pocket built in the shorts that could hold a phone, a tennis ball, keys, etc. The shorts stay put and don ’ t ride up. I got a dark gray color, which is basic, and I bet this dress would look great in more bold colors like red or royal blue. Of course, you couldn ’ t go wrong with black either. I plan on wearing this dress to play tennis, walk, or to wear as a cute and comfy outfit to run errands. My niece saw me wearing it and fell in love with it, so I let her borrow it.

I didn ’ t have high hopes for these( tbh i never buy nike because i just assume they dont make good running gear) but the magenta color short was calling for me. I sized up to a M even though the size chart says I should be a S, but i ’ m glad i sized up. These are EXCELLENT running shorts. The waist did n't fold over, even when i was sitting down. They did n't slide down during my 4 miles run/walk. I dont think i had to adjust the legs or pull the waist up even one time. There ’s no seem at the leg opening so i had NO chafing. I have always been a 6 ” inseam bike short gal, but i will be buying more 8 ” inseam shorts because of these. I want them in more colors! I think the only downside is that the side pockets are kind of small. I have the iPhone 13 mini, and it fits, but i dont think any larger of a phone could fit. The pockets are an appropriate size for gels, energy bars, etc. but definitely not the iphone pro max lol. Overall great running short!
