Used these gloves for 1 day between 14 and 28 deg F with windgusts and snow machines on making icy and windy conditions for a much lower feels like temp. First off, the GoreTex in these gloves holds up to its reputation, the ice/snow from the snow machines stuck to everything and ev eventually would melt but my gloves on the inside didnt feel wet at all even once. Wore these without the liner and they are comfortable, but not that warm. My hands were cold but not super uncomfortably cold by lunch without the liner in. Put the liner in after going back out and it made a world of difference. My hands stayed warm the rest of the day even after the sun went down and temperature dropped significantly. After a full day of use on the slopes carrying ski poles most of the time, there is no sign of any use on these gloves and i am hopeful they keep holding up for me. They were fairly expensive at full price, but seem to be worth it so far.

I 've always had issues with cold hands while skiing. My best pair are the 3 finger Hestra glove which until i bought these, were my go to warm gloves. Even with the Hestra gloves, my fingers would get cold below 15°. Recently we were planning a ski trip and the forcast temps were to be a high of 0° and i knew my other gloves would not be sufficient, so i decided to purchase the Action heat gloves. I was very happy, with the sub 0° temps, my hands stayed warm. With those temps, I did keep them on the high setting knowing that I had also purchased a 2nd set of batteries which I 'm glad i did. My son bought these for me for my birthday. I love them! Comfortable, soft, and warm. Perfect for wearing every day or under a pair of mittens. The touch screen capability is nice for opening my phone, but obviously, the fingers are too large to do anything other than tap( not for typing). Still great!

Love these gloves. They 're warm and fit great. My glove size is a large. These gloves snug up to your hands and do n't try to slide off the hand. They 're waterproof and they have rubber grippers on the palm for if you 're moving boxes or other heavy items your hands will not slip. Also you can use your phone while wearing them.

The fit is great, they worked well in sub- 10 degrees F windy conditions. The palms are synthetic not natural, so use them appropriately. Very warm, comfortable, and kept out the wind. Good for light to medium work like shoveling snow. Good for all users from beginner to expert.

This is my 3rd pair of this model, going back many years. I agree with the other review that it has been downsized; previously I wore a size L and had plenty of room; now I wear a size XL and it's not as roomy as my older ones, but still adequate. I 'm giving it a 5 star review because of its simplicity and the excellent wind blocking. Most gloves are too tight at the wrist, which reduces circulation and makes taking them on/off difficult. The straight cuff on these is perfect, and they 're easy to get on and off. The sensor finger feature works better than any other brand I 've tried. I hope this stays unchanged in the lineup for many more years.

[ Great mittens for cold weather. Wore with liners in 3 degrees Fahrenheit and my hands were warm all day. Only two qualms with them: the material is wearing slightly after 5 days of rigorous use, and there are no wrist straps so if you take these off on the lift, make sure you hold on tight!
