I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. This makes a huge difference for recovery. The motor definitely has a limit compared to the top one( that my parents have and I have tried). Other than that, it works great. Love that it comes with travel adapters for the charger for different countries.

Very comparable to a Theragun but with a much lower price. I got this because my physical therapist uses this version during our sessions along with cupping. I bought the separate heated head attachment and the massage results are 10x better than just using the Hypervolt. Overall I would recommend this massage gun.
