VRST has done it again. I have some pants made by another company that are similar to these and I would choose these over the other brand. The fabric is softer and looks more like a traditional khaki pant. These pants come with a little extra room in the hip and thigh area, so they fit nice and comfortable. The material has a slight stretch to it, so range of motion is not limited in any way. The fabric is moisture wicking so they dry quick. The pants also have UV protection which is alway a plus if you are out in the sun. Beside the main side pocket on the right side there is also a zippered pocket to keep keys safe to they do n't fall out. The back pocket also has a zipper if you are someone who keeps their wallet in their back pocket. Overall great fit and comfort. I will be buying more of these.

I do wish they were a bit thicker( like this version from years ago), but they are thick enough for construction work. No offense, but size up. I ’ m specifically speaking to my thiqq boys that make noise in the gym. We love leg day, we do it because it allows us to hike for longer. We do it for the glutes. Trust me when I say it ’s not you it ’s them. Size up and thank me later. Aside from the sizing I love these and I personally think they are a great investment if you want to take your hiking attire to the next level. Ventilation isn ’ t the cure for everything and everyone sweats differently. The ventilation here definitely cured my souther sweat factory. I used these on a hike and my back was getting sweaty so on way back I ventilated and holy cow what a difference. You sacrifice a pocket and some thigh space by having the zipper to ventilate but this thiqq boy doesn ’ t like to chafe and am I happy I found these. I still give these a 5 star regardless of the size up. I do not like to have a sweaty bottom or back and this did exactly what I needed. Take the time and invest in gear that will last longer, haste makes chafe.

I recently purchased a pair of ferrosi shorts, 7 '' length. I 'm 5' 4 and I think the length is great. They are come to a couple of inches above my knee( long enough that there is no inner thigh chaffing) and the shorts are n't too tight in the leg opening( I 'm more curvy vs slim in the thigh). I have n't had a chance to use them heavily yet- will update if I see the need, but expect that they will be great based on what I 've seen so far.

I 've bought three pairs of these pants over the years. They are slim- fitting, a bit stretchy, and lightweight. Good for summer. They have some nice details like the pockets and cuff snaps, although honestly I do n't use either of those much. They are very slim fitting, so make sure you do n't order them too small in the waist. A lot of outdoor clothing companies make pants similar to these-- light, slightly stretchy, clean- looking and not too complicated. I think these are one of the better versions.

Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!
