Easy to dress up or down with the seam down the leg. I think this runs true to size, I ordered long torso. The breast support is oddly low. The seam is way past were the ladies lay and mine have nursed 2 babies and hang low. My only complaint is the elastic laces which bothered my instep. I switched to regular laces and they are fine. They are not big and bulky like some other sneakers so I love the design and are perfect for everyday use.
