Yes, this is a cropped boxy fit and runs a bit big. As long as you know that going into the purchase you won ’ t be disappointed. It ’s a FP dupe and a pretty good one( better than ones I found on Amazon). I am usually between a S and M and will often go with M in items like this to layer. But after reading reviews, I went with a S and I ’ m very happy. I can still layer under it but it ’s not too long, the sleeves are perfect and it ’s just baggy enough to be cute. I ’ m 5 ’ 3 ” and 145 for reference. I got the green and I like it but be warned it ’s a color that changes drastically depending on the light. Sometimes it looks darker or lighter and sometimes it pulls blue and almost looks teal. I ’ m considering buying in a second color because so far it has felt pretty warm and comfy to me.

First off, the product does not have a hood& the cuffs/hood/hem do not have cinch capability. That being said I love this! The hem is shorter in front, longer in back. The material is a bit wrinkled from packaging but I think it will smooth out. The hood and extended visor prevented all rain from getting to my face and hair. I ended up going with my normal size of XS after trying the XS and S. I 'm 5' 1 '' and 109 lbs for reference. The size small fit more oversized but the arm sleeve were slightly too long. If you 're between sizes, I would size up. My main concern was how cropped it might be and both jackets ended up hitting my waist at about the same spot so I went with the smaller size for the better arm and shoulder fit.

[ I love this coat! It is insulated but without all of the puffy bulk you sometimes get with down coats. I am 5 ’ 5 ” 127lbs and ordered a small. The fit is perfect and gives me room for heavier sweatshirts or sweaters but doesn ’ t look huge when I wear something lighter underneath. The length is great and keeps by upper legs warm and I really like the fact that the hood is lined with fleece, which keeps my head as warm as if I were wearing a hat. I definitely recommend!

I am a teacher and ASL interpreter, so I wanted a coat that would keep me warm at recess duty and be flexible enough for me to use ASL while wearing. I could not decide between a S and XS so I ordered both and the S fit best. I very easily returned the XS with no problems at all. The size chart recommended an XS for me but considering the heavy weight clothes I wear in the winter, I wanted to have some breathing room. Great coat!

I bought this shell to match my carbide bib and I love it! I 'm 5' 5 115lbs and the XS is a tailored fit while still roomy enough to layer up with a fleece and thick puffy jacket. This jacket is light and would be great on its own for spring skiing. Taped seams, good ventilation, and lots of quality details. The tree line colour is beautiful and I 've had so many compliments at the resorts. I 've owned several OR shells over the past few years and this is my favourite! Worth the buy

I like the flexibility and softness of the fabric and the fit is good. Ihave not warn it yet in snowy or rainy conditions but hopefully it will hold up well. I am 5' 3 '' and sleeves are a little longer. Its great OR makes various lengths of pants. It would be nice to have shells and jackets in petite sizes. If they were available OR would not have much competition for the `` short '' market

I wore this jacket in the rocky mountains and it was very warm. It was 30 some degrees with high winds and snowing and I was perfectly protected. The hood is also very warm and big. [ Got a medium and its still pretty large- im usually a size 8- 10 and am 5 ’ 2 ”, so knew it would be a little long. it is quite roomy but not so big that i needed to return it. Id try sizing down even more but its not worth the effort. I do love how light it is.
