Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

I have to start off and say I really appreciate the quality that goes into these bibs, there have been numerous improvements and upgrades to the older design. They have a relief cut into the pocket to hang a tape measure on either side. The front of the bib pockets are much more usable now, especially with the large zip pocket. I wanted to love the keb trousers but I couldn ’ t get over a few flaws. The thicker material is not ideal for summer conditions and the reinforced butt gave me a uni- butt. I recently bought the keb agile trousers and they are perfect. The pants are thinner, still durable, and have quite a bit of stretch! Overall I think these new trousers are the perfect edition to my hiking wardrobe.

This is my first Fjallraven pair of trousers. I 've previously bought from other outdoor brands. Pros: Material seems high quality and very breathable even with long johns underneath. It feels durable and the stitching is immaculate. It has a lot of ventilation pockets and deep storage pockets. Deep pocket placement is great so items wo n't poke you while walking or squatting/sitting. The ankles are slightly flared so thick socks and boots can fit comfortably. They also have buttons so you can do a tighter fit. It is comfortably high waisted and makes movement smooth/easy. I have a curvy figure and the fit is very flattering. No crotch seam. Cons: there are questionable too many seams, which squeeze on you when squatting or bending the knee, but the pants may be flexible because of the seams. It is not a stretchy material so your size is very important. It hugs your waist, so it is not easy to put the pants on as a curvy person. Once it's on, it feels like a second skin though. It does run small. I was hoping a large would let me wear a base layer, but it just barely fits. With the amount of seams, a base layer will probably protect your skin from seams digging in. Will update once I take it out for a few weeks.
