Broken Handle

I received the reel and noticed a piece of plastic in the bag I couldn't see where it broke off of so I just thought it was something that got into the bag I traveled to Florida and went to put line on the reel and the handle is broken I'm going to try to exchange it at a Dick's in West Palm Beach
