I just love this pizza pan! I spread a little corn meal on the pan and either make my own crust and pizza or I put a frozen pizza in the pan. Both turn out so deliciously. I make other foods on this pan, too. Hambergers, grilled cheese, steaks, fajitas, the food list goes on and on. Makes a great wedding gift at a great price as well. I recently ordered both the 9 '' and 10 '' pie pans. I figured I could use the 9 '' for my typical pie recipes and the 10 '' for making really big pot pies. Well, the pans are a bit smaller than expected. The 10 '' is about right for most of my recipes, and the 9 '' is a bit small. Not to worry though, I guess I can use my 10 '' skillet for making pies that are more voluminous. I did take some sand paper to the surface of this pan to knock off the rough texture, then I re- seasoned on my Camp Chef Pro 60. Really a quick process and now the finish is perfect. I love this new pan, and I 've already baked an apple pie and a pot pie. Both turned out amazing with my all- butter homemade crust.

Interested in the 5L pot/colander set that can nest inside, would have liked to have had that for my camper roadtrip last summer, seems like it would be the ultimate quality cookset you could easily fit in a shallow drawer The play/wobble in the handle latch did feel a little worrisome before testing about how it would feel loaded but proved sturdy and planted when holding the weight of the pan and stayed cool throughout. I will say that my model looks a bit different than the one pictured, the handle collapses and folds into the pan to make it smaller, versus having screws that you have to remove.
